We stayed at Rachael’s Treehouse. It was a neat little cabin. We came down a day early & called to see if the cabin was available for that day & it was. The process was super quick & hassle free to add an extra night. We will definitely be recommending this cabin & company to our friends/family

Our experience was great! The cabin was very nice and the properties are maintained very well. I feel that our cabin could have been a little cleaner on the exterior. We had a lot of issues with spiders during our trip. I understand it’s Tennessee in the summer time but for the first few days we were constantly having to knock down spider webs when we left and returned to our cabin. The main sink in the kitchen doesn’t fully drain and was a pain to keep clean.

We had an eight hour drive from pa. We arrived at noon we were eating lunch when we got the text our treehouse was ready so after we finished we went right there. It is beautiful for two people. Close to everything. The treehouse was so unique we loved the lights and the tiny kitchens decor so interesting.

Very easy check-in process. We stayed in Rachel's Tree House. The rustic look was awesome, however, I do wish there was at least a loveseat on the bottom floor where the kitchen is.

Overall our stay was very good, our only major complaint is that the provided bed is very uncomfortable. We both had a very hard time sleeping on it for the week as it slants toward the middle and we kept waking up squished in the middle multiple times a night. The only other thing was that the hot water heater wasn't quite hot enough to draw a hot bath in the large tub, even if we only used hot water to fill it, it was just warm by the time it was to a good depth for two adults. This could be solved by turning up the operating temperature slightly so that cold water could also be used to fill the very large Jacuzzi tub.

The stay was overall great! I would however suggest maybe looking into the A/C situation as we were freezing at a “normal” temperature (70ish) and comfortable with the temperature set at 80.

Overall, excellent. Cute, convenient, comfortable. Only 2 negatives. 1. Cobwebs in ceiling rafters, which are very high, so I understand 2. The carpet is old and faded, but clean and in good repair. The sign for the house at the road is angled away from oncoming traffic and slightly hidden by the fence post. Everything else was excellent. I was very happy with my stay.

From the time we arrived at the cabin we were blown away. It was so gorgeous and cute. We loved the hot tub and juccuzz and the fire place. The whole tree house theme was amazing. Was very clean inside and out. Very quite neighbors and neighborhood.

Kitchen has no heat. Toaster only cooked one side of bread. Mold in hot tub jets. No light at top of stairs when first coming in. Very unique and quaint decor. Cabin just need a good cleaning

The cabin was great, I like that we were checked on during our stay. I did not like that I asked how well equipped the cabin was prior to our trip (so that I knew what utensils to pack) and I never received a response. When we got there, I found the cabin had everything we could need, and I had packed my kitchen for no reason.

The communication was excellent through email. Checkin/checkout information as well as directions. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone Thursday evening who assisted me with finding my cabin. I started getting a little anxious because it was close to getting dark and I didn’t want to be searching for my cabin when I couldn’t see as well. I didn’t get his name but it was around 6:30. I was overwhelmed and told him I felt like crying but he was so nice and helpful and helped me find the location of my cabin. I appreciate his patience and calmness in his voice while helping me!

The cabin was beautiful and pretty comfortable, the main issues we had was no kind of access to wifi or any other way to the internet, which made it impossible to get directions to places and the water for the bath tub and hot tub wasn't warm/hot enough

We enjoyed the stay but I have some comments. 1. The cabin is quaint and unique but older and the age shows. 2. The water pump/faucet in the kitchen drips. 3. The light fixture over the sink in the upstairs bathroom has a socket that appears to have a short in the wiring. 4. The light fixture over the bed also has a socket that doesn't work. 5. I called maintenance and someone came out and replaced the bulbs but this still didn't eliminate the problem.

The cabin was clean and cozy! It was the perfect romantic getaway! This isn’t a complaint but just so you know there are carpenter bees burrowing in the ceiling rafters on the porch. You’ll want to spray for this so they don’t destroy your beams.
