Closest to us, you'll find The Island in Pigeon Forge, a one-stop attraction for shops, entertainment, and restaurants. Some other popular things to do include Dollywood, The Old Mill, WonderWorks, dinner shows, and museums. There are also dozens of events throughout the year — seasonal festivals, rod runs, concerts, and more.

Gatlinburg

Gatlinburg is only a few short minutes from Eagles Ridge Resort. There are plenty of activities in Gatlinburg, but the atmosphere is a little different than Pigeon Forge. In Gatlinburg, you'll find many restaurants and shopping areas lining the Parkway, popular candy shops, the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community, and many outdoor attractions like Anakeesta and Ober Mountain.

Sevierville

If you're driving into Pigeon Forge from the interstate, you'll actually drive through Sevierville along the way. Sevierville is a small city where you'll find the Sevier County Courthouse and the very popular Dolly Parton statue. There are some great dining options in Sevierville, and there's lots of shopping to do at places like the Five Oaks Tanger Outlet Mall and entertainment at attractions like SkyLand Ranch.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Entering the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is free for all visitors, so you can spend hours exploring! If you park your vehicle for longer than 15 minutes, you will need to purchase a parking tag. You can explore the hundreds of hiking trails and admire the beautiful scenery, wildlife, waterfalls, and wildflowers. The great thing about the national park is that there are trails for kids, families, large groups, and experienced hikers.

Some of the most popular national park areas include Sugarlands Visitor Center, Cades Cove, Clingmans Dome, Mt. LeConte, Newfound Gap Road, and the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail.
