Excellent we called for extra linens for pull out couch you were there right away.

It was a very clean cabin..we loved it..very comfortable... everything was great

The cabin was very nice, clean and in a great location.

Was a very pleasant stay. We did enjoy the fireplace and hot tub.

We always book with ER and we love it! This time was no different, cabin was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend updating the sofa bed as the springs are uncomfortable. And new shower curtains.

Everything was easy. Checking g in and checking g out. The cabin was great.

My wife and I rode our motorcycle’s from Birmingham. Had a breakdown and took it to dealership in pigeon Forge. Had to take all my luggage on one motorcycle. Was about a block from Eagles Ridge office. We were about an hour and a half from check in time. Told clerk what happened and asked if room was ready. She called cleaning and was able to get us in early. She was very helpful and friendly! Can’t thank Eagles Ridge enough.

We had such a wonderful time at our cabin getaway! The cabin was so clean and we were able to utilize every appliance without issue. Everything offered to guests is kept updated and in excellent condition! The hot tub and jacuzzi tubs were fantastic and the cabinets were stocked with everything we could have asked for to cook/eat on during our stay! There was an abundance of towels, soap pods and garbage bags to get us through. And the beds were just to die for! It truly was a home away from home! Our family will absolutely be back for another stay at Eagle’s Ridge! 🥰

Everything was beautiful! I’m from Connecticut recently moved to Kentucky and have been hearing so much at the cabins In pigeon forge. I could not have chosen a much better place. Lovely cabin, with great amenities m! Will be returning soon.

Everything was great except for the Dirty sheet On the pull out sofas

Nice cabin with a significant problem. 1) there are 2 tables with glass tops that are not at all secured to the table base. The glass slides around and could easily fall from the base. We had to remove the glass top of the larger table and put it away in a closet.

I think there should have been more information about the cabin before we arrived. We expected Shampoo and Conditioner and body lotion would be available but it wasn't. Also, we weren't prepared for the flight of stairs to get into the cabin. We loved the cabin itself. It was our 1st experience staying in one.

This is our second trip to the smokie mountain area. I’m a mother of 2 boys under 6 with another on the way. This location makes entertainment easy- rain or shine. Would have loved to seen more pool weather, but this is under no ones control.

The cabin was more than we expected. Not seeing it before booking had me worried. But when we arrived with the great directions from the office it was very nice, clean, and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Fine. Blue Green was the problem not your company but in the end they did the right thing.
