The cabin was wonderful and it had everything we could have asked for (including a Keurig!). When we first arrived the hot tub was flashing an error message so I called the number that was provided in the welcome email and someone was sent right out. We were so impressed! We assumed we just wouldnt be able to use the hot tub during our stay (which was really a bummer) but instead it was fixed within an hour or so and we were relaxing in it as soon as it heated up. Loved the contact-less check-in. Appreciated the follow-up call. Lived having a washer/dryer! The jacuzzi was my favorite. Ice maker was convenient. Chheck-out process was great. Also, it was nice to nit have to keep up with a key. I would recommend robe hooks in bathrooms and on closet doors. I didn't know I i needed to buy coffee filters, but it wasn't a big deal. Lights in the master.bath were a little dimmer than I like, but also, no big deal.

Only complaint was downstairs was extremely cold regardless of upstairs temperature. Washing and dryer was not big enough to accommodate size of towels. Dryer does not dry at all. Had 4 people stay for 4 days was given 6 towels and 3 washcloth. Otherwise great location and cabin was beautiful

Cabin ER209 A/C was not working when we arrived, but that was quickly fixed. It had poor lighting on the main floor and a safety hazard on the lower level: an exposed carpet tack threshold in the laundry could injure bare feet. I stepped on it once and thankfully only experienced minor pain.

Overall, the cabin was fine. It was smaller than I expected based on the description and although it was in a cul de sac, it was far from quiet because of so many other cabins so close to ours (and It was busy while we were there). A few things we noted: the lighting in the upper level of the cabin (living room and kitchen) is very dim. Better light bulbs maybe? There is a small leak in the basement shower (goes out towards the toilet). Recommend a fan be added to the basement area due to limited air movement down there. Even though the air conditioning worked well (thank you!), it was very humid outside so some extra air flow would have helped. Overall, we did enjoy our experience and are interested in staying at Eagles Ridge again. I was disappointed that our cabin was so far from the pool. If there had been a map of the cabin locations I may have tried to book a different cabin. Even though it was very warm, we never bothered to use the pool because of its location. If you do have a map of the cabin locations, please forward to me so I can better plan for my next trip to the Smokies. 🙂
