ER15 - A Bears Life

Staff was excellent and very helpful, especially when I received a call halfway through our stay asking how everything was going so far.

We loved the cabin! Located near everything, very clean, and it had all the necessities we needed! Will for sure come back!

Booking , check in and out very easy. Cabin could use some updating but all in all was fine. We enjoyed our stay and our time in the smokies.

We had a ruff start to our stay, but Sarah at the office took care of us and got us moved due to the construction going on beside us we were unable to sleep. Sarah got us into another cabin she was amazing to deal with.

Impressive location and amenities were excellent easy pool access and jacuzzi hot tub

The place was nice and clean it was more then I expected and looking forward to returning next year

We had a great time and enjoyed the city. I would recommend getting the spider webs they're creepy but besides that everything was great!

It was an experience. Family had a lot of fun.

Our cabin was as nice as we hoped it would be. The staff that works in the rental office were extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their help and suggestions.

It was nice place to stay just I feel it needs some fixing up the location was perfect when we had a unforeseen visitor the first night a RACOON someone was there first thing to fix the whole in the ceiling THANKS

Everyone I dealt with on the phone was helpful and friendly. Maintenance request was dealt with very promptly. Email instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.

Overall a great experience. However, the floor in the living room and master bedroom is in great need of replacing.

Bears Life is an excellent cabin in a great resort. Close to everything.

2 huge jetted bathtubs! Fantastic hot tub! We appreciated the ease of access; it made check in easy. Unit was clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have more storage for clothing. The DirectTV printouts led to some confusion, since there isn’t satellite in that cabin. There was also no guide channel (that we could find) for the television, so we basically had to blindly search the programming. Smart TVs would be a nice upgrade in the future, since there is WiFi access.

Need to send check out info by text or put in Cabin. I do not check my emails while on vacation. We have stayed there before and knew what to do with towels and dishes but other people may not.

Excellent. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again.

A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!! ER15 was perfect for our family get away! The staff that assisted us with our reservation were very professional & helpful!

Accommodations were very clean and neat. There were a few things that could be improved upon in that cabin though. Upstairs shower curtain rod was rusty and needs adjusting as it sags. The floors in certain spots were very spongy which is a bit concerning when you step on them. The kitchen floor is a little higher than the living room and there is a transition piece between them but it needs to be a different color as it makes it hard to spot. We were tripped up and stumbled many times on that floor transition. The entertainment center doesn't really fit the TV or on wall where it's located and looks out of place. The sectional couch is missing some pieces or parts that hold it together so it separates very easily. Would have liked to see a better solution for wifi instead of the Verizon mifi box. The first cabin my wife and I honeymooned on, ER260, was perfect. This on could be that could with some updates.

Absolutely loved the homieness , all the appliances were there..i didnt have to go out for anything except coffee would be a nice complimentary to this wonderful cabin..wifi was advertised for thos cabin..front office was called they came and noted that there was not a wifi box in our unit..Thank you

A Bear's Life Cabin is in a great, convenient location and Eagles Ridge is a great resort!

The cabin was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some problems with payment.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was cozy. I will share negatives only as constructive criticism. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The windows were very dirty. There was no dish soap and only one dish towel. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer. We liked the location and the neighborhood in general and would stay here again.

A Bears Life Cabin is an awesome cabin, 5 stars!! The location is perfect in Eagles Ridge, close to everything. Had a great stay here near all of the attractions!

We like the location of the resort. The Cabin ER15 was a little small but was ok. We could not locate a broom or sweeper to use on the floor- that would be helpful with a pet. We will stay with you again. Enjoyed being close to everything.

I have stayed with Eagles Ridge for years... first growing up with my parents, and now I chose Eagles Ridge for my own family. The cabins are always nice and clean and very convenient to town. My only complaint this time was that we arrived at 1:30p (we knew it was before check in) and stopped by the office. They said our cabin wasn't ready yet. So I asked if they could call us when it was because we had 2 small children with us, one being 11m. They said sure... but never called. We returned at 4:30p and got our key code and map.

Great service, clean cabin, quick response to maintenance request, close to places but didn't feel like we were right on top of the busyness of Pigeon Forge
