Our cabin was in a nice location just minutes from town. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and the place was clean. It would have been beneficial to know to bring all kitchen extras such as salt and pepper.

We did have an issue with the hot tub, but we call and it was fixed the next day. The dealings with the staff was only over the phone, but they were nice and helpful. We loved the cabin. It was nicely decorated and clean. Would stay here again.

The cabin was really nice & clean & ready when we arrived it was plenty to do outdoors however when it rained there wasn’t really anything to do inside the cabins the tv remotes didn’t work well & needed batteries not many adult channels on cable. there weren’t any toilet brushes to clean out the toilet just little minor things not nothing big. Also on the reservation site it said purchase 2 days get 3rd day free or purchase 3 days & 4th day free I purchased 3 & didn’t receive 4th day free. When I talked to an agent they stated the free day stay is when you book your next trip which is ok but at least state that on the website so customers can book the exact days we would really like to stay.

Our cabin was clean and well appointed. In the bedroom with the jacuzzi tub, the electrical outlet in the attached bathroom does not work and also the toilet was leaking around the bottom. Overall the cabin was nice and the resort was peaceful. On Friday and Saturday night of our stay, the cabin to the left of us was extremely loud. They were setting off fireworks of some sort and playing music very loudly and screaming. This would not have been a problem had it not been so late but this went on from before 11:00 pm until nearly 2 am both nights. Those should be quiet times. Our bedroom was in the opposite end from them and it was still impossible to sleep. Overall our stay was nice but was very disappointed Friday and Saturday nights.

The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. We loved the Christmas decorations, especially the outside lights. Everything worked just as it should with the exception of the bathroom outlet in the bedroom with the jetted tub. A few mornings my hair dryer would not work in that outlet but it would work in other outlets. It wasn't a big deal but I thought you should know. I think we tried out everything. We played the video game, grilled, used the hot tub and the jetted tub, used most of the appliances, watched all the tvs and dvd player and even sat on the front porch. There were so many things to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our goal was to rest and recharge so we hit a couple highlights and did a lot of wandering around. We already have a list of things to do next time. If we're fortunate enough to return to TN, we already know we'll be staying with Eagle Ridge. Thank you for making our stay so incredibly comfortable.

The accommodations were very nice. The cabin was decorated very lovely for Christmas, although a little a little religious theme would have been appreciate as well -the true reason for the season. If someone is offended, they can get over it. The entire subdivision was quiet and very well kept.
