ER254 - Hibernation Hideaway

Cabin was very nice the only complaint we had was the parking was very tight for 4 cars.

Very helpful & appreciate the professionalism of everyone I spoke with. The Cabin was very nice we had everything we needed.

Overall we had a great time. Place was clean, easy check in, our cabin was available 2hrs earlier than expected which was wonderful. Only gave 4stars cause the heat didn’t work the first night, had to call maintenance which responded quickly. They had to order a part but brought back space heaters which worked out fine. Would definitely stay here again, this hiccup didn’t ruin our trip.

The cabin was perfect for the size of family that I was traveling with. We were all completely comfortable.

The Cabin was BEAUTIFUL!!! My family and I enjoyed it very much.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The only negative thing I can say is that the washing machine and dryer were too small.

Very accommodating for our group of ten! We did purchase a water hose to make sure we kept water in the hot tub at the necessary level.

Cabin was ready early. Very well equipped. Parking was a little tight but we managed. Kids enjoyed the games. Hope to be back soon.

Excellent, we really enjoyed our trip. There was a few minor issues as far as some things not working/broken here and there but nothing too much for us to enjoy the cabin!

Our family had an amazing experience at Hideaway Hibernation. The cabin was clean, spacious, and ready for fun! The kitchen had every utensil we needed to cook for our multiple meals. The covered porches, the game room, and serene setting is perfect for all types of activities and ages. We were already talking about a return visit. And thanks for checking in on us during our stay. An added customer service that meant so much!

Our experience was really simple and easy. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was call and someone was always there to answer the phone. I will most likely be rebooking our cabin at a later date. Thank you guys and the cabin was absolutely beautiful!

Everything was wonderful. I believe the only issue was the fact that we could not locate a broom. The cabin was beautiful it was very spacious. Our family hasn't had the opportunity to be together for two years now. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously! We plan on returning hopefully sometime next year. There was so much to do, you can't possibly get it all done with just one trip!

It was a good experience, just a few things need to be addressed, light bulbs blown, TVs in some of the bedrooms not working and needs dusting and spider webs need to be removed.

Houses keeping , the sheets had big brown stain on some of the sheets, we call the manger and he took care of it right away.

We loved the cabin. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Our only problem was with the trash pickup. But I would most definitely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful! I hope we can return the same time next year. It snowed and it was absolutely beautiful!

The location was clean with plenty of room . Only thing was the mattresses were uncomfortable and need more plush comforters. But overall, we really enjoyed our time!

We did have a couple of problems (1) the TV’s did not work nor did the coffee pots, BUT you all were very quick to come and fix the TV’s and replaced the coffee pot. This was greatly appreciated which made our trip very good.

We enjoyed our visit to the mountains. The cabin had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for the family. The cabin was located close to a lot of the places that we went to. We did get some loud partying close to us but they soon calmed down. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was a hit for many of the family. Very nice if you have a crowd.

Cabin was nice needs more trash receptacles for outside trash. Cabin was made to hold 16 people but very limited parking. Overall very nice stay.

Great cabin, great location where we didn't have to travel far to find entertainment.

Contactless entry was easy. We had ample space for everyone. We enjoyed all the amenities: pool table, hot tub, pool, extra bathrooms, and peaceful location.

Cabin was great. We like it's close to the parkway. ONLY issue was the plug ins in the big bathroom on the main floor did not work. Family agreed we would love this cabin again.

The cabin was beautiful but we had some neighbors that were very loud late into the night. Another cabin was playing music very loud. We also heard a dog barking. We understand the cabins are close just wish they all would have been a little more considerate of others. This will NOT stop us from coming back to Eagles Ridge.

Enjoyed the cabin. The only thing we didn’t like was that our little 13 year old very well trained could not come. Had to board. N

We absolutely loved our cabin. It was a surprise trip to celebrate our middle daughters 30th birthday. We had plenty of room with the 5 bedroom/5 bath. Only thing that concerned us was the toilet ran if you didn't grab fix the handle and the radio down stairs would randomly come on. Customer service was amazing. Thank you for making this trip a great success.

This was my first experience with this resort and it was excellent. From easy reservation, quick check in and check out, a wonderful cabin, and excellent service from the maintenance staff...it couldn't have been easier. I would definitely use this resort again.

Staff was great. Owners need to replace hot tub and update cabin. Cabin was very dusty and dated.

We stay with you 2 times a year and always enjoy our stay. This year we were there for Christmas and it was great.

The cabin was really nice, but needed to cleaned better it was really dirty and dusty.
