Very nice place ..as described. Did have noisy neighbors that played loud music in the evening and made it hard to enjoy sitting outside.

Eagles Ridge was awesome to work with!! The cabin was a great size and very cozy. Great location. Close to everything and very clean!! The only negative is the cabin could use updating as well as additional comfortable seating on main floor deck. Regardless, it perfectly fit our needs and we will definitely stay at Eagles Ridge again.

The property was clean, and we loved the check in process. The downside was the Hot tub was not working and a service person was sent to fix it, but it still never got hot during our trip.

It was very clean and had most everything we needed. You need a few pot holders in the kitchen. You might want to check the toilet on the main floor-master bedroom--it seems to run along time costing you more water. Our whole family came and had a very enjoyable stay especially with the hot tub.

The cabin wad well equipped., and if had any questions they're answered promptly. I would highly recommend Eagle Ridge, it was away from traffic and also close to all sorts of fun things to do.

Cabin was super clean, which is appreciated above all! Perfect cabin for our family. With new COVID-19 check in procedures, we did not receive WiFi or checkout checklist, so we called for these things. The staff always goes above & beyond when we call for anything! We plan to continue our yearly trips to your cabins. Affordable, clean, enjoyable & great service...thank you for being excellent at what you do!!

Overall pleased with reservation, checkin and checkout process. Cabin was clean and equipped as communicated. Will consider again and recommend to others. One area for improvement would be providing a listing of TV channels. Also DVD was missing a cord and some TV remote controls would not work.

Very pleased with check in, very friendly people at office. Cabin was very nice! Kitchen didn’t furnish enough pots, pans or skillets. Mosquitoes were very bad! Also wanted to advise, lowest step coming into cabin needs repair. Loose. Hated no pool in specific area, but we loved the hot tub(even if it was 90) and really ran out of time to go swimming. Very convenient to LeConte Center where we were going for 1st 4 days of our stay. Would stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving holiday week this year. The only recommendations we would make... more towels, more dish soap/dish washer cubes and more toilet paper, otherwise everything was wonderful :)
