I recommend these cabins to anybody they are very convenient to town and very clean, between the hot tub, pool table and gaming it was a blast plus everything outside the house in pigeon forge was awesome!

This was our third trip, everything is always great. We have never had one complaint.

Great communication when our first rental had an issue and we had to change rentals.

We love everything about it. Only one complaint for us older adults. There is not enough lighting. Or the lights they have is not bright enough. We could not even read. Everything else was perfect. Will definitely stay again

Communication was great-instructions were clear! Phone app was easy to use.

Great location , cabin was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Would definitely go back. Ladies in the office where awesome as well.

Our family has been visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for many years. We have always stayed at motels but not anymore. We had one of the best times of our life in your cabin. We booked for a week and loved every minute of it. My six year old grandson sat on the staircase and cried the day we left. I had to promise him that we will stay in the same cabin next year. We will definitely be staying with Eagles Ridge from now on. I never break a promise.

Cabin was nice and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location.

Enjoyed our one night stay in this beautiful bear themed cabin, very clean and loved the easy online check in and out process.Also liked not being required to have a two night minimum stay, will definitely stay at Eagles Ridge Resort again soon!

Place was very nice and clean. Suggestions - More hooks in bathroom to hang up wet towels. Maybe a shelf above toilet to put clothes on while taking showers. In bedrooms would be nice to have luggage stands. We do not like to put our suitcases on the floor due to bugs and critters that might find their way in.

The check in and out was a breeze. Nice cabin.

Everything was as described. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. Close to “The Island” but far enough away to enjoy quiet time.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin was clean and cute as could be! Just a few things that you may not be aware of. The lid to the coffee pot was broken and kept falling off. Some of the plug ins in upstairs bedroom and bathroom would not hold a cord well. They were loose. The upstairs tv was so small and the one in downstairs bedroom was in an awkward place to watch in bed. Just minor things and easily fixed. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and quiet. We had fun at the upper level.

From the booking process to check out everything was very quick and easy! Someone called to check on us the day after we arrived to be sure everything was ok, that was very nice! We’ve stayed in your resort many times over the years and will continual!

Cabin was great, convenient location,, all was good,, very pleased.

Decor was nice, hot tub was great. Nice big towels Big fridge , Needed a cutting board, another fry pan & black out curtains for bedrooms. Kitchen floor dirty for walking barefoot.

Such a beautiful home in the Smokies! We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights there. Everything was top notch from check in to check out......thanks for a great experience!

Great job this was our first time renting a cabin and we were a little confused but the process was so easy. Great friendly staff. The checkin and check out process was a breeze we loved the cabin. I will rent a cabin from eagles again.

I’m all everything was good... the couches were very uncomfortable . We couldn’t use the bed in the couch. When you sat in them you went to the floor..

Spent the whole time looking for the pool but were not given wristbands to be there so every hour we got checked if we should be there

We really enjoyed our stay & plan to come back again in the future.

Cabin was beautiful it just needs a new toaster. Biggest thing I would change is not being sent directions to our cabin day 1. We were sent address but no service for our phones so it took us an hour day 1 and finally day 2 I had to go to office to get directions. Caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

Great service and very easy check in. Clean and well maintained.

We loved the cabin! My only complaint was prior to arrival we were told we could enter via text. We were already on our way when we were told it was a mistake. We were able to check in about 11 so that was nice. There was only 2 rolls of tp and maybe some more towels would have been helpful.

All was good, beautiful area will definitely stay again family really enjoyed.

Overall we liked your cabin very much. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the small bed and small shower. Plus the shower could use a better shower head.

We had some issues with the maintenance and housekeeping of our rental. We're pretty sure they are just issues you didn't know about, so we left that information on the survey left at the rental.
