ER75 - Palmetto Place

The people, the system and the cabin were great. We had a ball. Thanks Eagles Ridge and Palmetto Place. This makes two years in a row for our January stay.

Nice clean cabin with all amenities! And the people at Eagle Ridge were super nice! Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin was wonderful! It had everything we needed. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the heating in one room was too much and the other room there was no heating. P.S. we WILL be buying a king bed.

Communication and rent was very easy and fast . Info very clear

Greatly enjoyed our stay! From the moment of our check-in to checking out on the last day, everything was just as pictured online. It was clean and well stocked and quiet!! Perfect get away and looking forward to staying again!

The cabin was excelente little details like no soap to cleans dishes the rest was perfect

Very comfortable place to stay within minutes from pigeon Forge. Comfortable beds full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. in aquiet neighborhood. Highly recommended would stay here again.

This was my family's first cabin, it was everything we had dreamed of! I loved the area and the cabin was wonderful.

The cabin was great. It was cozy and fully stocked with essentials. Our only complaint was the the wifi password wasn't correct and the tv remotes were missing batteries. Also the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn't stay shut. Other then those minor issues everything was absolutely wonderful and we would totally stay again. The staff at checkout were super sweet as well.

We have stayed several times at Eagle Ridge and have never been disappointed….

As the owners of this unit, we were pleased with how clean the cabin was, and always has been since we've owned it.

Cabin needed some work, but maintenance was excellent and fixed things right away.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. You make it so easy to check in and check out. Our cabin was perfect. Friendly staff to assist you if there are any issues. So pleased will definitely have to come back.Lots to do you need at least a whole week. Holiday season is the best time to visit.

All of our questions were answered promptly. We love the porches with the swing and rocking chairs.

It was a nice cabin and all the people I dealt with were very informative and polite.

We enjoyed the cabin very much. We had a few things we needed assistance with and the maintenance response time was amazing! A few items you may want to look into for future renters: the door on the deck that opens to the hot tub has a few pieces of trim wood that are missing, the laundry room door does not stay closed and the light above the washer/dryer is out (probably just a light bulb). The shower knob in the bedroom that does not have the jacuzzi is hard to adjust the water temperature, not sure if the inner workings are going bad but we had a dickens of a time getting the temperature to be warm instead of really hot or really cold. None of these things affected our being happy with the cabin, we just wanted to mention them in case you were not aware. We had a great visit and enjoyed the cabin. Oh, the trash cans...we had critters come visit twice, they were able to get the lid off the can. Didn't make a big mess but left a chicken bone (not ours) on the railing LOL Again, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin, our time went by way too fast. Thank you.

Need attention to tub shower control. Not repaired after calling. Needs new control.

It was good. The only complaint is the toilet paper. I believe you could put better quality in the bathrooms. It was terrible.

As the cabin owner, we were very please with the check-in process and cleanliness of the cabin. We had guest from Georgia staying with us and were equally impressed with the cabin.

Cabin was clean, location good. The kitchen could use a few more pots and pans of useable size, only one skillet that was 12 inches.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay as always. The Christmas tree was beautiful

Pretty good only a few items need attention the grill, dryer not drying properly, and the chair directly behind the door.

As the owner of ER75, we were well pleased with the condition of our cabin and the care it has received since we became part of the ER family in March 1997. Overall cleanliness and attention to detail for us and guests staying with us this trip was noticed and much appreciated!

The cabin was very clean. The only thing I would do to improve the stay would be king size beds in both bedrooms.

Cabin was clean and tidy. Everything worked like it was supposed to. We love the no contact check in and check out. Everything was wonderful. We have been staying with Eagles Ridge for yrs and plan to continue staying with you all as long as cabins are available.

I love the direct check in once I figured it out. The cabin was wonderful, nice and clean and the resort was quiet.

Everything was great. Online check in made arriving really easy. The wheels fell of the dishwasher and 1 broke was the only mishap while there. The deck and hot tub was fantastic.

We have stayed at Eagles Ridge Resorts In years past and was wonderful to revisit. The cabin we stayed in was so inviting, clean and very relaxing! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I can’t wait to revisit!!! ❤️❤️❤️

love the resort and this is our 12 visit...last 5 in same cabin. Cabin really is great for older folks-all 1 level and no steps...but it is in need of some plumbing work and could really use a least 1 comfortable chair....We will continue to stay at Eagles Ridge, but will be looking for a new cabin.

The cabin was nice. Bedrooms were across living space from each other so each couple had privacy. Well equipped and cozy.

Great cabin. All on one floor. Parents are in their 90's, so cabin was really comfortable for them.
