The cabin was very nice and had everything we needed

Great everything was wonderful I love the fact that you call and checked on us

I received a courtesy call to see how it was going and if we needed anything.

We enjoyed it. The family all had fun. We had plenty of room.

We loved our cabin! We will always use Eagle Ridge Resort!

Took care of everything we asked quickly was nice andfriendly

place was clean and inviting; rental office was super easy to work with; check in and out process was really easy. A couple of things were broken in the place (a chair was missing a nut on the leg and the oven handle was loose), but these were minor issues. I originally scheduled to Airbnb which was not as pleasant, but when I worked directly with the rental office that was much better.

Great staff. Cleanliness of unit. Plenty of towels and kitchen ware.

Check out was amazing. Very easy. Condition of the house was lacking. No proper lighting. Very dark inside. Some of the plumbing in the bathrooms leaked. All in all the cleanliness was ok. Could be better. Our group has stayed in this house a few times and each time it seems to decline. The whole house could use some work and redecorating. We stayed in unit 312. Bear Mountain Memories.

The cabin was great and perfect for our group. The photos and description were spot on. The only minor hiccup was that it wasn’t clear to us that checkin could be after 4 so when it wasn’t ready at 4 we were concerned. Fortunately the cleaners worked quickly and we got in shortly after 4.

Communicated well, clean cabin, quick to respond when called upon .

Check in was very easy. We didn't get to check in until 4:30 and understanding at how busy it is. Three complains after renting other cabins in Eagle Ridge, there was no k-cup maker, not enough closet space and the living room furniture cushions were extremely flat.

Excellent, I thought the entire experience, including the phone call from the front office, was great!

We had an amazing time and much needed relaxation getaway.

I love my stay. It was lovely It was clean I love everything about it. I will be coming back to stay.

Cozy and convenient but hot water was an issue in the hot tub and upstairs jacuzzi

Beautiful cabin. Needs a larger outdoor trash can or the garbage should be picked up everyday. You should mot have to call someone everyday.

We always love staying at this cabin. Everyone at Eagles Ridge Resortis so friendly and helpful. Our youth group is always excited to stay here!

Youall did great. The only thing I would reccomend is more towels and washcloths in bathrooms. Also needs larger outdoor trashcans for larger cabins.

Staff was courteous and helpful. There was an issue with the hot tub when we were there. I called maintenance and he was there almost as soon as i got off the phone and he fixed it just as quickly. Awesome service!

We really enjoyed the time my family had together at your cabin. The only thing was that there are too many cabins that are all together. Not much privacy at all.

You guys were very responsive when there was issues with the lower floor air conditioner not working. Even though the A/C was never fixed (owner choice) fans were brought by to help the situation. The hot tub also kept losing water but each day was filled by your staff. Cabin was very nice and clean. Thanks for a great getaway.

Barbara was very helpful when booking this cabin! Very friendly and knew exactly where we needed to stay to accommodate our needs! Cabin was perfect size and great location!

The cabin was a nice clean place for our ladies group to enjoy during our ladies conference weekend in pigeon forge

Water pressure was VERY slow especially in drinks and jacuzzi tub. Need more hot water.

We always stay here with our youth during our trip to Hearts on Fire in November. We always excited to stay here!

Everything was clean and felt like home. Second time staying with this company and it did not disappoint.

We had air conditioning issues at 11 pm and the emergency contact person helped us by getting someone to us to help with the problem within 45 minutes

Would like to have ability for someone other than the person making the reservation on behalf of the organization to be able to check in. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

No comments. Excellent cabin for large groups. Will be back.

Cabin was well equipped and easily accessed. It was decorated beautifully and we were made to feel at home.
