They will assist you in making sure your unit reaches its highest potential revenue while working closely with our Marketing and Service teams to ensure guests have an exceptional experience and come back year after year.

At Eagle Property Management we provide a maintenance and service department that is second to none, with a team of qualified and certified staff to ensure the proper maintenance and service to any property. We have a certified HVAC tech on staff, which can save you time and money on vendor service calls on any HVAC issue. We also coordinate and schedule required inspections for bed bugs and monthly pest control, as well as preventative maintenance including filter replacements, to make sure your cabin is properly maintained.

Should a guest encounter a maintenance issue during their stay, we offer 24/7 customer care. Our guests can rely on someone to help them at any time of day or night in a timely manner. If an appliance fails, we do have loaner appliances we can install until a new appliance can be obtained.

Our housekeeping department coordinates cleaning based on arrivals and is responsible for replenishing starter consumables such as paper towels, laundry detergent and dish detergent as well as basic linen sets. Linens are provided through our OSHA code compliant commercial laundry facility.

We also have inspectors that will inspect your property to ensure that quality control and consistency is at the forefront. Each arriving guest is a VIP, and we want that to show throughout your property.

Certified through the American Hotel and Lodging Association, Paul Gallimore is dedicated to watching the market trends to ensure you are reaching the maximum revenue on your property. By implementing specials in off peak times to monitoring rental histories on units and noticing any changes in rental trends and taking action to correct. He keeps communication open between your owner relations team and your marketing team to make sure everyone is aware of how our properties are performing.

We make sure that every property is marketed equally and on a rotation through our websites and our property management system, based on availability and amenities requested by the guest. We also understand the importance of having a presence on other booking sites to maximize exposure. We create free listings on VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor and FlipKey, just to mention a few.

We also work in conjunction with our sister company, Heritage Cabin Rentals, where your property can gain additional exposure.

At Eagle Property Management, our Guest Relations Specialists ensure professionalism with personal care in processing all reservations, whether it is via web chat, through our reservation call center or online.

Our Guest Relations Specialists take pride in assisting each guest with questions about our properties and our general area to ensure the ultimate vacation experience to the Smoky Mountains.

Each guest receives a courtesy call after check-in to make sure they have everything they need. If at any time a guest experiences a maintenance issue, we are available 24/7 to resolve any issue or relocate the guest if necessary.

We have a team at your fingertips to make sure your property and guests receive the best in service. Our Director of Operations, Billy Stinnett has 19 years of experience in property management. Billy is a native of Sevier County and has seen the changes from a quiet mountain town to become one of the most desired destinations in the US. Our Assistant Director of Operations, Deb Wilburn, has 16 years in property management experience. Deb has lived in Sevier County for more than 25 years and has worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for 35 years. Your Owner Relations team includes Director of Owner Relations Christina Bufkin. Christina is a native of Sevier County and has over 25 years in the hospitality industry with specialties in marketing, group tour and travel, as well as business development. Michelle Newman also joins us with over 20 years in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on property management.

We handle accounting and bookkeeping functions including rent collections, escrow of prepayments, reporting payments of sales tax and gross receipts taxes, processing of refunds, prepayment of maintenance billing, dispersal of rental revenue and 1099 preparation.

We provide our owners with monthly direct deposit of owner’s revenue and electronic owner statements. We eliminate the need for our owners to hold a tax or business license and in turn pay city, county, and state lodging taxes.
