We’ve stayed at ER for about 20 years. We loved our cabin this weekend, ER25. Very clean and conveniently located.

The cabin was great, and the only problems were not having enough dishwasher detergent, the drier didn't dry, no condiments or seasons, and the oven overhead light being out. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. Also, it appeared that some of the jets for the hot tub and the lights in the tub did not work.

Staff was very thorough to explain the check in and check out procedures; however, it should be made clear that the information is coming from the actual property and not the timeshare company when stating (do not come to the office). It was confusing, so we didn't go to the office & went straight to the cabin...In the next couple of days, tried to get it all straightened out after hearing that we were a "no show"!! They told us that several people had told them the same story. Thank you & have a Blessed day! The cabin was awesome and we will probably stay there again in the future.
