As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, Recliner, Gas Fireplace, TV, DVD Player, Ceiling Fan, and Wood Flooring. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 5 Bar Stools and a separate dining room area with seating for 6 with wood flooring perfect for cooking those tasty meals at the cabin. There are 2 Queen Bedrooms with TVs, Ceiling Fans, and Wood Flooring in addition to a full bathroom. A laundry room closet houses a Stacked Washer/Dryer with Iron and Ironing Board for guest convenience!

Head on up to the upper level where you will find the Master Bedroom offering a luxurious King Bed, TV, Glider Rocker with Ottoman, Ceiling Fan, and wood flooring. The cabin was clean. We were glad for the dishes, cooking utensils. Had a comfortable place to relax after being out in the crowds all day. Loved the pool table, hot tub and jacuzzi.

In our group 5 cabins were rented. I noticed the particular care the management team gave to the cleanliness of our cabins. The towels were professionally folded. We were given starter amounts of much needed supplies so we wouldn’t have to buy the standard sizes of laundry soap, dish soap and other items that are more than needed over a weeks time. We appreciated that. Every time a call was made to management for any help, management was quicker to respond than expected. One cabin’s washing machine died and within an hour someone was there to fix it. After fixing it, it died again and they replaced it the next day with a brand new machine. We had a birthday party and needed trash pickup, they were there within an hour and said we could have called in the middle of the night and they would have come. The management team is second to none. And to the owner of our cabin, our cabin is decorated so beautifully. The bear theme is adorable and we love the attention to detail.

We had a wonderful time staying here and getting my daughter ready for her wedding, the only problem we encountered was the master bedroom toliet overflowing twice but someone came quickly to fix it the first time the second time was as we were leaving, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect at the Mitz cabin ER265 smoky mountain top. Super clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was pretty much there. We didn't know what the orange bracelets were for and so we didn't know we could use them to go to the clubhouse/pool until right before we left. So maybe a little more info on a few things. Also some extra trash bags would've been ideal but overall everything was okay!

There were a couple of small issues- I think the plumbing from the upstairs shower had a leak- I let the office know and we didn't use the shower so no real issue. I guess the biggest thing has nothing to do with you guys- the neighbors were SO LOUD- like from 11pm-2am loud- and it sounded like a huge party both Friday and Saturday night- again not an issue with you guys- I just wish there was a way to quite ppl down. Overall we are looking forward to making this a yearly stay!

Everything was great except for the heater didn’t work when we got there, the guy that got sent out there to fix it done a great job other than us having to stay put for 2 hours at the cabin, the hot tub was not as hot as expected, the water was warm, the lights on the hot tub didn’t work at all, and the pool table was too close to window and walls it was really in a tight space, it was hard to get into the game but other than that everything else was great.

Overall happy with the cabin. Service was good. There were no washcloths only towels, think the cleaning staff needs to be supervised a little closer. Also we had four rolls of toilet paper for ten people for five nights. Not even close to enough. Was told that it was a starter pack but was not told how many there should have been.
