ER92, Virginia’s Villa, is a beautifully decorated, three level log cabin offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, and Game Room nestled in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community with swimming pool privileges offering wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!


As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room area that offers a queen sleeper sofa, regular sofa, two recliners, gas fireplace, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan, and wood flooring with a door leading out to the main level deck.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances along with a dining room area that will comfortably seat 8 with wood flooring.  There are two queen bedrooms on this level with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and carpet.  One of the bedrooms has a private full bathroom offering a tub/shower combination with wood flooring.  There is another full bathroom offering a tub/shower combination with wood flooring on this level. 


On to the upper level, you find a master bedroom that offers a luxurious King bed, bedside Jacuzzi, TV, table for 2, ceiling fan, wooden bench, and carpet.  There is a full private bathroom that has a double vanity sink and a glass enclosed stand up shower.


Head on down to the lower level where you will find a large game room that offers a queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR/DVD Player, Foosball Table, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Wet Bar, Mini Fridge, wooden bench, 2 bar stools, a pub table with 2 bar stools, portable CD/Radio, wood flooring and access to the lower-level deck.  The laundry room is found on this level and houses a full- size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.  There are two bedrooms that offer comfortable queen beds, TV, ceiling fans, and carpet.  A full bath with a tub/shower combination, a double vanity sink, and wood flooring is found on this level as well with hallway access.  Guests will love the cozy furnishings that invite to relax and sit back or challenge each other to a game of pool in the game room!

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. I got a call a couple of days before we were to arrive and was told that the cabin we had reserved had some damage that needed to be addressed. We were then given an upgrade at no additional cost to us. Very professional in how this was handled. Thanks. I would like to request that floor layouts be added to the listings. We wanted bedrooms with private bathrooms and reading through the descriptions made it a challenge at times to determine this. Floor layouts would have made this process easier. This is the only reason I marked the reservation process a four and not a five.

Everything was good. Cabin was just what we thought it would be. Only thing I would say was not up to par was the bed mattresses. The one in master bedroom was very worn and hard. We stay there often and we’ll stay again.

Really nice cabin for our big group! Could have been cleaner. Bathrooms dirty around the edges with hair and dirt. All dishes great for our large group. Hot tub excellent. Location good! Would stay here again.

My refrigerator was not working li reported it immediately once Got there but it didn’t get resolved fully until Saturday! This was very frustrating so more responsiveness the workers who came on the second day were a whole lot friendlier and helpful from the maintenance guy who came out on Friday. Also there were a cvouuple of spots we kept tripping on in the cabin the Devi need to repaired

This is our 4th visit to Eagles Ridge and, as usual, the resort was amazing! My only "room for improvement" feedback is that the accommodations this time were not very clean. The kitchen floor was sticky in several places and, when we wiped it up, the towel was black with dirt. Additionally, though the website mentioned additional cleaning on frequently-touched surfaces due to COVID-19, the walls around several light switches were filthy and we scrubbed those areas. I also went out and bought a vacuum cleaner to clean up some crumbs from the carpet. Finally, one of the bedsheets downstairs had what appeared to be a sizable urine stain on it. We did not bother maintenance personnel with these issues because it seemed like it would be more of a hassle, but I did text this same information to the number we received.

I had very good experience at check-in. I was allowed to check in early due to medical reasons. Customer service was very nice. I had to call for extra trash pick up in Saturday, and it was picked up in a timely manner.

You did awesome on replacing the coffee pot that didn't work. But the stove burner didn't get fixed. But we managed without it working. The other 3 burners worked. It was a beautiful cabin. You let us check in early which we really appreciate. You let us stay over 1 extra night, of course there was a charge, which we gladly paid. Cheaper that 2 hotel rooms.
