It was all every nice. We would stay again. Only problem was the porch light was out and it was dark walking down all the steps. Not mad nice place and would go back.

Great customer service. We will definitely be staying here again!

I was very pleased with the customer service. When we arrived, our key code didn’t work . After calling the office, we had help within a few minutes. The cabin was very nice and was just as described online. We didn’t have our arm bands for the indoor pool like the arrival text had said we would, but that is the only negative I could give.

Cabin was great, the hot tub didn't work but they came quickly to get it fixed.

Very pleantant to talk to. Maintenance responded quickly and handled issue. Great place to stay!

The cabin was nice, I noticed the floor needed to be washed, but otherwise thought it was clean. There was plenty of everything g we needed.

Great little cabin for our short stay! Very nice and clean. Fairly private location, but not too far from the main attractions!

The cabin was excellent and very enjoyable! Check-in process was quick and easy and the staff that we had the pleasure speaking with were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying in the resort again in the future.

Very friendly staff,answered any questions we had.Minor issue with the commode .Staff was there within 15 minutes.The hot tub was ready and clean upon our arrival, The cabin was clean and affordable,very easy to get to, and only 2 miles from town. The only improvement I would suggest would be to add a love seat in the living room .We only had 3 people and our cabin slept 8.The only seating there that was comfortable was a couch. We did have dining chairs and bar stools.

It was great. My grandkids love it especially the pool table. They learn how to play pool together.

It was great but we never could get the tv in the upstairs bedroom to come on. Also, there was black specks all over our pillows. We would shake them off and in a little while they would be back. Absolutely no idea what it was. I did take a picture if there is somewhere I could send that.

Wonderful stress free check in and check out process. The reservation process was so quick and simple. The only thing we would say was the property needed more living room furniture and Better pillows to make a fantastic experience

The cabin was very nice as all that we have stayed in at your properties. Our children loved having the downstairs to themselves and really enjoyed the pool table as well.

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for, all the amenities worked out perfectly for our family plans. The bonus was that the pool was still open, even though it was after Labor Day! That was a huge benefit that was very much appreciated. We needed to call for assistance once, and the maintenance man (Daniel) was working on the issues within 30 minutes. We were really impressed with the attention that was given to our needs and will definitely book again if the opportunity arises.

Overall the experience was good. This time we just had a few issues with our cabin (#314). The description listed 2 queen beds and 1 King but those were not queen beds. They were full beds. Also we had issues with the TV and the remote.

Very relaxing and fun. Dryer did not dry clothes. Took about 5 cycles to dry one load.

Check in & check out was easy and the cabin was great. The only thing that didn't work was the washer & dryer but we managed.

Eagle Property Mgmt was great. Very responsive! Property needs updating - new carpet, bedding, pillows, shower curtains, quarter panel in lower bath and flooring needs replacement.

The cabin was nice, clean, and felt just like home .

Beautiful and clean cabin. Awesome views from the top of the hill. Only negative is that this cabin did not come with Wi-fi and regular phone service was poor in this area. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Great hospitality and quick maintenance response when needed. Great people to deal with.

I was pleased with my vacation well stocked only couple things wrong one shower had broken handle and one tv had bad cable just wanted to let u know

Cabin was very nice and clean. Hot tub was amazing and the porch and patio felt secluded and quiet I would strongly recommend having Wi-Fi added to 314 and also including more kitchen items such as measuring cups, dish towels and cookie sheets.

Cabin was very nice, not difficult to get to. We loved the pool table and hot tub! Cabin offered everything we needed and then some. My only complaint was it was pretty dark in the cabin, a few of the lightbulbs were burned out. Other than that, no complaints!

Very pleasant when I spoke to someone. We didn't go to office at all because of the covid situation.

Angela, who assisted me with our reservations is the BEST! She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely book our next stay through Angela. Our stay was great, however there are a couple of things that we would recommend. The kids missed having WIFI....adding that would be a huge plus. The kitchen supplies were minimal. There needs to be more silverware and serving dishes. The swimming pool water was too cold for us as well as most of the guests that we met there. The cabin was very clean and comfortable for all 8 guests in our party. We needed maintenance one time for the hot tub and they were there within 15 minutes. We really enjoyed the surprise of waking up to find a bear lying on the porch one morning! We are looking forward to our next stay with Eagle's Resort!

Need better trash options. We had a bear and raccoons tear up our trash can several times during our stay.

Overall good just a couple of small things needed to be addressed

We loved the cabin and beautiful view! Had one issue with water leaking from icebox and maintenance was there very quickly!
