We loved everything about the trip from the online easy step by step booking to the staying in touch and up to date til the day arrives… Communication was great customer service was great. We called about 10 pm not sure where to get rid of our garbage bags and they sent person out right away for trash pick up.. Cabin was cleaned no complaints at all … we will definitely be booking with Eagles Ridge Resort again next year.. another perk it’s literally a quarter mile from downtown pigeon forge …

Pigeon forge is a great town and very good for a long family weekend.

Booking and payments were easy. Really good customer service. Cabin overall was great beautifully decorated for Christmas. The only negative I have is that the mattresses and bed are awful! Like really bad and in desperate need of replacement. The headboard on the top floor seemed like it wasn’t connected to the bed. Every time you moved it would hit the wall.

Very cozy & very well located. Cleanliness was great & the beds were comfortable!

Great reservation, check-in and check-out process. Mark was very helpful in making the reservation and especially helpful when we had to change our reservation.

Except for no light outside when we got there after dark The game , movement room downstairs was great fir the teenage boys.

The check in process was simple and convenient. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use you guys again.

We love the cabin, we have 3 car’s so the parking lot was small, but we figured out how put the cars, nice view, beautiful whether 🥶🥶🥶, i recommended the cabins, very close to the town. Thanks 😊

The cabin was great and clean except: The mattresses all squeaked so bad, the one in the bedroom in the loft had springs poking your back. Lights so dim especially in bathroom, trash can outside did not hold enough trash, the bathroom on lower floor has a water leak under floor (my son does construction), the recliner on main floor squeaks when you rock very bad.

You have become our favorite company. We will not use any other company

Enjoyed our stay and the ease of check in/out. Our cabin was nice, but could have used some updating. Internet would not work with tablets or laptops. But overall, we loved the cabin experience and would definitely use eagle ridge again!

I loved the cabin! The only thing that really needs improving are the beds. One slight movement and they squeak so loud the entire cabin can hear it.

Cabin and service was great. We checked in at night, it would be helpful if the cabin and cabin numbers. would be lite up. We couldn’t see anything and couldn’t figure out where our cabin was at. I didn’t get a chance to report the following issues: The bathtub on the top floor leaked down into the kitchen so we didn’t use it again. We could not take a bath in the down stairs tub because the stopper is broken. The DVD player downstairs would work for a few minutes and then stop. Despite these issues, we were very satisfied.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. Everything was great!

Eagles Ridge was great, the cabin we stayed in this time, not so much.

We loved the cabin and decor! The location is awesome. My only two complaints are the creaky floors and the downstairs mattresses being very hard.

The overall process of reserving the cabin and check in was great. Very happy with the service that we received throughout our stay. I would definitely consider Eagles Ridge again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Eagles Ridge. It was amazing! The location was in the the heart of all the attractions. We were only 5 minutes from Dollywood and about 15 minutes from the National Park. The cabin was clean and well maintained. It looks exactly like the pictures online. It is completely furnished with everything imaginable. Plenty of things to do inside the home from the hot tub , beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony and the entertainment room downstairs. The appliances are updated and everything in the home worked. The kids enjoyed the home and it was definitely more than enough space to sleep 10 to 12 people. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and nice. Im a hard sell ,but I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Overall, this was probably the best cabin we have rented to date. Too many specifics to go into detail on, but the most important reason we are so satisfied, is the cleanliness of the unit. The only area we would hope for improvement on would be garbage disposal. A family of 5 (especially on vacation) creates a lot of trash. We had no known options to get rid of it, once the bags were used and the cans full. We didn't want to stink up the cabin, so We had to put a bag outside where it was hit by a raccoon. It was too late in the evening to want to bother the office to pick it up. If there was a dumpster located nearby, or someone to pick up trash for people on longer stays, I would be happy to pay a small fee for it.
