ER16 - Six Bear Lodge Cabin

Had a problem with the heat and heat on hot tub. Maintenance man came within 10 minutes.

There were a few nails on the 2nd level porch that needs to hammered in so someone doesn’t hurt their foot if barefooted. The dishwasher didn’t have a utensil holder, the majority of the blinds throughout had a lot of broken parts, and the shower glass sliding door was off the track on the bottom. We really enjoyed our stay, just a few things that need some touching up! Thank you for the great stay!

Dishes where still in the dishwasher when we arrived and the is animals living in the space between the first and second floor. Lots of noises in the cabin at night.

Everything was great they were very friendly and wanted your stay to be great

Code didn’t work when first arrived, a bit frustrating after a 10 hour drive but our call was picked up right away and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. Loved being able to head right to cabin and not stop anywhere first to check in.

Personnel responded quickly if called and were so professional and helpful.

We always stay at eagles ridge we enjoy the peace and quiet and how easy you made the check in and out process. The cabin was wonderfully decorated and clean except for the ice and snow on the steps when we arrived we had to find a way to remove it that was a little difficult after hours of driving and my husband is disabled. The cabin was cold down stairs and the dust pan was broken so we bought a new one for the cabin.

Very Nice Cabin! We have stayed in different locations in Pigeon Forge. This is one of the nicest so far. The cabin has plenty of room for my son to run around. We enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade. The bonus was the view from the balcony of the local fireworks on New Year! The staff was very helpful.

Beautiful Cabin in a great cabin community. The cabin had everything we needed during our stay. The price compared to other cabin we looked at, is very reasonable. The staff friendly and we will be back.

Cabin review Very good cabin with everything we needed. Location was excellent. The pool is just 10 steps away! I called the front desk and they were extremely friendly. They informed us that overnight parking is permitted at the pool. Will book again.

This is a great cabin in a beautiful location. The only complaint we have is the parking. There was one area in front of the house. The house next to us had two. We were unsure if one was ours as both were taken. Other than that it was great.

The cabin was nice overall. My only issue is the missing pieces in the mini blinds. The mini blinds need to be replaced.

Excellent! The stay was great. Everything was clean and neat.

We had a wonderful time in the cabin. It seemed to have everything thing we needed.... only suggestion is a mini fridge upstairs for drinks.

Overall we loved the cabin it was wonderful. The hot tub was great. It was occasionally difficult to sleep with squirrels crawling on the roof and the deck upstairs had several carpenter bees at work.

Enjoyed our stay at Eagle Ridge Resort. The cabin is close to the main road and attractions. The cabin is clean and well decorated. Will stay again at ER16.

Cabin is well maintained with wonderful decorations.Very welcoming and cozy.The staff was friendly and always willing to make my stay even more memorable. Contactless check-in and check-out made the experience even better. Amazing location, will definitely be back soon.

Eagles Ridge is a beautiful community. We stayed at the six bear lodge cabin ER16. Very clean cabin with beautiful views 🏔. The cabin has been updated from the pictures they have on there site. Will stay here again next year!

Our family enjoyed this cabin (SixBearLodge)The staff very professional and no need to check in at the front desk😁. We drove straight to cabin and everything we needed was there. The wifi was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. The kitchen is week equipped with all you need to cook a homemade meal 🧑‍🍳 Hopefully we could come back in summer to enjoy the community pool.

Great stay. Good place to relax and be close enough to enjoy nature.

Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Love not having to go to the office to check in.

All I could say is what a WHITE CHRISTMAS! On Christmas Eve it started to snow! We woke up on Christmas Day to a beautiful white Christmas!  The staff of Eagle Resort was always accesible and cleaned up the snow from the streets and we were able to get to the main road without any issues. Cabin is well maintained and restrooms renovated. The location of this cabin is excellent. If I could post some pictures, I would! On my next visit I will stay again at Eagles Ridge Resort and would definitely recommend. 

Cabin was very nice. Downstairs much chillier than upstairs, however. Even with thermostat at 75, downstairs uncomfortable. Ms. Pac-Man and Foosball games were nice surprise, but there was no ball for Foosball. A few hooks in the bathroom would have been nice for hanging things (gown, etc.) while showering. Noise from neighbors made sleeping difficult on first night.

Stayed with the family and loved it!!!!!😁😁😁Very clean, well equipped with all essentials. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from main attractions to include Dollywood. Within walking distance to the pool/ club house. Had overnight guest one night and were able to park at the pool/club house. The staff is extremely friendly and always available to answer all the questions we had👍. Will stay again at the six bear lodge!!!

Everyone we dealt with was very nice. We had trouble with the hot tub, called, left a message and someone was out to fix it in less than an hour.

It was clean an cozy. The cabin was perfect for us. Driveway could be a little bigger.
