ER259, Country Charm, is warm and inviting two level log cabin offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Game Room, Jacuzzi, and Hot tub nestled in a wooded setting within a log cabin community.  This spacious cabin is within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  


As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Easy Chair, stacked stone Gas Fireplace, TV, Vaulted ceiling, Ceiling Fan, and wood flooring.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with 3 Bar Stools for additional seating with a separate dining room area that offers seating for 6.  A luxurious King bedroom with a TV, DVD Player, bedside Jacuzzi, Wooden Bench, Ceiling Fan, and carpeted flooring.  A full bathroom that offers a Tub/Shower Combination is accessible from the hallway or the bedroom.  There is also a laundry room closet that houses a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.


Head on to the lower level, you will find a spacious Game Room that offers a Pool Table, 2 Chairs, TV, and carpeted flooring.  Guests will love challenging each other to a game of pool!  A spacious Queen Bedroom is also found on this level offering a Queen Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, Ceiling Fan, and carpeted flooring.  A full bath with access from the hallway offers convenience for those guests staying on that level.

The cabin was beautiful, very spacious and it felt like home for a few days! Convenient location to all of Piegon Forge. The assistant called to check on us half way through the trip and even sent maintenance out with some jumper cables when I needed help. The staff making us feel like they genuinely cared about our stay sealed the deal for me! Best overall place to stay in this area and we will be back!

CS was friendly and helpful. Cabin was very clean and accommodating. Some updating and repairs (i.e. replacing carpet, fixing burners on the stovetop so that you can actually cook) would greatly improve the overall experience.

Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable & responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub and they were there within 30 mins to help another issue (user mess up) with the tv at approx 9pm on a Saturday and they responded with 10 mins.

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. There is definitely a "musty" smell in the downstairs area. We were so excited to have a fire place and hot tub, but the fireplace would not light and the second night found the water in the hot tub at a frigid 75 degrees. You guys did send someone out to fix both, however, it was going to take two hours for the hot tub to heat up and it was already 10PM.

We enjoyed the cabin. Very nice and clean we really enjoyed the big tub in the master bedroom and the location was perfect and close to everything. The lights in the hot tub didn’t work snd the bed was hard but other then that everything was good. We had fun and enjoyed the cabin. Very clean

We did not receive info about pool wrist bands. The stove partially worked (front left burner was crooked). Basement was super cold while upstairs was too warm. Ants in the kitchen. The positives included having a separate space for our teens and having a kitchen already stocked with pots, pans, flatware, plates, etc

The cabin was the best part of our trip. My only desire was for WiFi or an on demand movie service of some kind. There was a DVD player, but no DVD’s. And hardly anyone uses DVD’s anymore. So we were stuck watching whatever was on tv at night.

I loved the coziness of our cabin!!! Honestly I did not want to leave during the day and for sure when it was time to go back home. The only change I would add is the walls in the bedroom needed dusting near the bed.

The cabin was awesome.. The service was alright. The stove had 2 burners out and the dishwasher didn't work. We called and maintenance came and made repairs but didn't fix either problem. The next night we wanted to use the jacuzzi but the water level was low and we couldn't find a hose to fill it. When we called for that issue no one answered. Also the refrigerator freezer was leaking into the main storage area, not a big deal though. We still enjoyed the cabin and had a pleasant trip.

Eagles Ridge staff did a great job! The cabin we originally rented ended up having some water issues they contacted me and relocated us to another cabin in close distance. There cabins are in a great location as well! Close to all attractions!

It was all good except maintenence guy had to come out fix tvs so we could watch them and didnt have any wifi .....was told manager would call me - never called . called for trash to be picked up they finally picked it up the morning we were leaving.

The cabin was not cleaned like it was supposed to be. There was dirty towels left in front of the washer from the previous people and hair in both bathtubs upstairs. There was something stuck on the chair arm in the living room, which I had to clean before one of my kids touched it. No one collected our garbage the whole week we were there, it stayed on the porch and squirrels kept getting in it. When I called about the towels,(I didn’t get a hold of someone til the next day) they did come and clean the whole bathroom upstairs and take the one bag of garbage we had.

Did really great, last time we stayed, air conditioner messed up the last two days of our anniversary and you gave us a coupon for two free nights. On this stay, we ask for blankets for our kids for the pull out bed and before we got back to cabin from a show they had already brought the blankets to the cabin. Will stay again in the future that's for sure

Quick and efficient check in and check out. Basics covered, but expected a little more such as 4 chairs at dinner table, additional silverware, light bulbs working before check in, full measuring cup and spoon sets, and updated TV's and Blu Ray players without grainy picture or closed captioning that we couldn't figure out how to disable.
