So easy to check in and out. The staff are so helpful with all of your questions about things to do and locations of restaurants that you are asking about.

A one-page sheet on the counter of each cabin to answer common when you are there questions would help, ie does ER (Eagle Ridge) supply the bags for the kitchen trash when you run out, what does ER provide in supplies if anything, how far away is the pool, etc... The media room in Simply the Best is nice, but the internet connection is intermittent, and no one uses blue ray anymore. If you are going to have a media room, it should be up to date or it becomes essentially unusable.

Good Home - Clean - the Internet was decent but poor wifi at the cinema area (Simply the best) - suggest adding a hard network connection to the TV to reduce problems

Our cabin was clean and contained everything we needed and then some. Our neighbors were quite loud with car beepers going off until 3:00 A.M. but realize even if you asked people to be courteous of their surroundings some people only think about themselves. We would have returned their rude behavior the next morning since we were leaving early but didn't out of respect for the other guests. Everything else was great, when we first arrived the main bathroom was plugged and even the maintenance response was quick, and we had no issues from anything else. Everything in the cabin seems to be in working order, so no complaints from our recent stay and hopefully we'll have an opportunity to visit again soon.

We love using eagles ridge, each cabin never disappoints! Very clean, roomy and everything is there for us to use! When we had a issue with wash machine someone was there in 10 minutes to fix it! Great service all around! We will be back many more years to come!

Anytime we called management to help us with an issue, they were there within minutes. The cabin was clean, cozy, and totally what we needed for a family getaway. The check in and check out process was pretty flawless and the fact that we were so close to the strip is a plus!! Will definitely recommend to others!

Great. Our third time staying. Only recommendation would be more dishwasher tablets in the larger cabins. Our group of 6 needed to run the dishwasher at least once every day but only has 5 tablets for a 7 day stay.

Great customer service, awesome cabin and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room with a great location close to town and attractions. We made some great memories with our children and grand children.

We had a wonderful weekend in Pigeon Forge, thanks to Eagles Ridge Resort. The check-in process was great, especially during COVID times. All the amenities were wonderful.

This was my 1st cabin trip and I will say I did not want to come back home! My cabin was very clean I loved the decor of the cabin. It had PLENTY of kitchen supplies it came with mini salt and pepper shakers you have to buy all other seasonings. The jetted tubs in the rooms where awesome. I didnt get to try the outside hot tub due to me returning late doing activities outside the cabin. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! THANK YOU!

Loved the cabin! Everything worked. Except we couldn't quite figure out the air situation on the main floor. Sometimes comfortable, sometimes really hot. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Beautiful cabin. Simply the Best. Plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the movie room but there is really no surround sound anymore. Only a sound bar and the remote was lost so you couldn’t adjust it. Maintenance was helpful with everything we needed. Other than that it was a wonderful time

Customer service was excellent, hot tub was filled upon arrival, after calling the office is was a matter of minutes before maintenance arrived and had it filled. Cabin was very spacious with open floor plan. Have been using Eagles Ridge for years, highly recommend.

Internet reservations are super easy. Personal contact on point. Quick to respond to emails. Available when needed while on our stay. We are return visitors and look forward to many more ERN stay's.

You've provided great customer service for over 20 years. The cabin we rented this year ERN 850 Simply the Best has been renovated since we last stayed there. The cabin expense for us is a sacrifice so our family can be be together for Thanksgiving. We loved the renovated cabin very much. Share our gratitude with the owners please.

Our stay was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Our only suggestions are minor and those are: daily trash pick up, even at a set time; making sure the grill is clean; installing a blue ray player on the hi definition movie theater. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay again and had a great time!

We loved the cabin and our visit to Pigeon Forge. The kids loved the pool table, game table and hot tub.

Cabin was very nice decor and beautiful rooms. There were a few issues, such as the doorbell didn't work, there wasn't clear instructions on the A/C use with dual thermostats and there should be 2 A/C units for a cabin that large. Also, there were issues with the WiFi not working either.

Reservation process easy and check in was fast and pleasant. I do think that anyone reserving ERN850 should be told that the hot tub is very poorly located since it is on a deck below all the rooms and too many steps are involved. It is too close to the woods and away from rooms. The "hot" tub was cold & leaking, but the young man who repaired it was very personable and efficient.

Great, There were a few things that need to be fix. There wasn't very many pots and pans to cook with . Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We really loved the cabin, except that the hot water tank was not big enough for a 4 bedroom house. Other than that the cabin was great!
