Very friendly and helpful staff- even brought us a foose ball so kids could play the game when I called about it. A guy also came and picked up the trash after an animal got into the trash one night. There were a lot of lights that did not work in the cabin though. The light over the stove was out. A light in the shower in the bathroom on the main level was out. The string to the fan to pull to turn on the light in a downstairs bedroom was missing, so the only light available was a table lamp. This made it very dark in the bedroom at nighttime. There was also no remote to the tv downstairs in the living room area. You could not turn on the tv or adjust the volume without getting up and pressing buttons on the side of the tv. There were also no stoppers for 3 of the 5 bathtubs which made it difficult to take a bath. We also had to put our own batteries in a tv remote in one of the bedrooms on the main level to get it to work. These are really minor things that can be fixed. I just wanted you all to be aware to make the next guests’ stay more enjoyable. We loved the location and the size of the cabin. Plenty of room for the entire family to spread out and even have some privacy. We will definitely stay there or in one of your cabins again. Thank you!

Would be helpful to have some more information when arriving. Was not sure of what to do with extra trash. There also is a need for more trash bags and items needed when you have a Cabin that is being used by 16 people. Was totally not sure what was expected on check out. Maybe a information sheet in the cabin would help new users to your cabins.

My husband is owns an HVAC co, the first thing he did was check the air filters, they were in very bad condition. There are no chairs at all out on the top deck, there is black mold under the sink in the master bathroom, no light bulb in lamp upstairs seating area. Remotes needed new batteries. The sofas are stained and need cleaning. Detail cleaning could be better. Overall the cabin is beautiful and spacious.

Check in and check out were handled beautifully. The coded lockbox was a wonderful change and is so much more convenient than trying to keep up with “who has a key”! Our group included teenagers and a 75+ member and we sought to create a safe environment for everyone. Our accommodations offered on site amenities and we also enjoyed a grassy area for outdoor activities. With bike rides and a river tubing trip we were able to enjoy a great vacation with a minimum of contact to Corona Virus exposure.

Cabin was nice and in convenient location. Starting to show a little wear in spots. Need curtains in upstairs bedroom. I called twice during the last (2) days of our stay to get trash picked up and no one ever came. Grill needs some cleaning and repair.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't use the hot tub we noticed a leak and called and reported it, a maintenance man came out to check it out. He said we could use it but we really didn't want to. He got the DVD player to work for us. The blender didn't work and a lady from the office brought us a new one. We were impressed by how quickly they responded. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back to Eagles Ridge. The cabin was just right for us.

Three levels in the cabin was nice. Staff is very responsive to needs. The only issue was the parking situation. For a cabin with this many people, it was a bit difficult to get in and out without moving vehicles each time. Location is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for 20 years and 18 of those have been with Eagles Ridge. Our cabin #864 fits our needs quite well but needs a bit of updating/upgrading. The dishwasher doesn't really clean the dishes unless we scrub them prior to putting them in the dishwasher/some of the blinds don't work/the air conditioning doesn't seem to work properly/the floors need a good scrubbing (we do appreciate that the carpet has been removed)/more lighting in the kitchen would be great/screens on the back porch need repair. We've stayed in the cabin many times but would appreciate it being fixed.
