This cabin was wonderful! Very well appointed and clean. Check in and out was super convenient. Everything was comfy. I truly want to know what type of pillow it was because it was super comfortable! One of the best stays we’ve ever had and we travel fairly frequently. THANK YOU for such excellent hospitality!

We have vacationed in Eagles Ridge cabins many times and they have always been very clean, and this time was no different. We loved our cozy little cabin on the lake! The kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub was the bomb! The bed was comfortable. The cabin was attractively decorated. One problem we had was putting the sleeper sofa back together...we had trouble getting the last cushion to fit as they were very tight. The only other problem was trying to figure out how to navigate on the TV. If we found something we wanted to watch, it was purely by luck. If I owned this cabin I would remove the Jacuzzi tub and make that room into a second bedroom, but that's just me. We still loved the cabin. We were directly in front of the fountain in the lake, and it was so relaxing to sit on the back porch and listen to it in the evening. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier! We would definitely stay in this cabin again. Thanks for making our vacation experience a great one!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was neat, clean, and cozy. It was a wonderful retreat after struggling out in the insane traffic of the Spring Rod Run. Very romantic and inviting! My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard. I would also recommend a light over the shower as it can be dark in there.

It was a great experience. We love staying in the cabins. Although the bed was a little small and the hear and TV were hard to figure out (you should have directions for us old people), we loved our stay and intend on coming again next year.

Cabin was extremely clean and we appreciate that! We love the Smokey's! The cabin had all the features we need but one complaint. The queen bed was very firm and not comfortable. We will be back but we will get another cabin due to that. Plan to return fall of 2022.

Cabin was excellent!! Very clean and very nicely decorated with bear theming. Complaints of remote are overstated, TV is a Roku smart HD TV, remote is very straight forward. Highly recommend this cabin!!

Keep in mind we realize we didn't report any of this: no measuring cup in the kitchen, no instructions to operate the TV's, no batteries for one remote. These are possibly optional requirements. cabin was cold downstairs and hot upstairs. The thermostat kept going back to 65. Again no instructions. We love the cabin location, set up. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, very clean for the most part. Dust in hard to reach places. Overall we had a great experience.

Great, but because the cabins are too close to each other, noise big groups stay loud past 12 midnight going into 2:30 am. Second and third nights were quiet. I loved the cabin, fully equiped. For sure will recommend it to friends.

It was a really wonderful experience. We loved every minute of our stay there! The only issue we had was the cabin directly in front of our front porch. They were extremely loud and obnoxious at 1 in the morning. We were trying to sleep and so was our 1 year old child. We called to the property management answering services and reported it after dealing with the noise and ruckus for 3 nights straight but nothing was done about it. We were told to call the cops however we did not want all the chaos while we were enjoying our vacation. Other than that our stay was fabulous!

Everything was great except we needed help figuring out how to operate TV remotes and the commode in the half bath flush handle would stick open and water would keep running until we manually raised handle. Also tree branches were rubbing the exterior roof and logs when wind blew making creepy sounds during the night while trying to sleep. Sounded like someone was in cabin sliding furniture around. Cabin 834 Lakeside Getaway.

The cabin was great! We've been staying with Eagles Ridge 2-3 times per year for a decade or two. This cabin was in the best shape of all. My complements to housekeeping.

Pluses: The cabin was comfortable, clean, spacious, and just right for two. Close enough to the LeConte Center for us to attend events there. Maintenance staff was responsive when called to change light bulbs and help with thermostat. The bathroom had plenty of hooks for towels and clothes. Light switches on the wall were all labeled and easy to use. Minuses: The NEST thermostat was hard to use, and it did not "remember" our settings. Even after we set the temp for our comfort, the A/C temp was freezing cold every day when we came back from activities, so we had to reset it daily. Downstairs toilet flush handle was stubborn and hard to press. Needs adjustment. Suggestions for cabin improvements: This is true of many rentals we have seen --- the light above the upstairs bathroom sink is NOT sufficient for good lighting in the shower (especially when the dark shower curtain is closed). There is no light at all for the shower! Another nice thing to add is a full-length mirror for dressing in the "closet area" upstairs. One more thing... although we did not use the upstairs oversized bathtub and TV area, we noticed it has only one chair. Two chairs would be nice.

Beautiful cabin. Everything was very nice. I really enjoyed the hot tub. It has been too long since I enjoyed a hot tub three days in a row. Staff was also excellent.

We had a late arrival. It was pouring rain we pulled up at the office as the staff were putting the arrival packets into the mail boxes they were very friendly. The cabin was beautiful and clean.

We always enjoy staying in cabin 834 and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Loved the bear decorations! Thanks for the changes. We did have a problem with the tvs. We decided the downstairs one was a game tv (roku) Guess we're too old. Upstairs bedroom was fine.

Cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious. But our cabin had mice in the walls that kept us awake And gave us concerns about our food supplies. Also the kitchen lacked a good skillet and a dish cloth. We never could figure out how to get the gas fireplace open to turn the logs on. The upstairs cable worked fine but the cable downstairs did not work.

Check in was very quick and easy. The cabin was not decorated very well, very plain. The bushes in front of the porch were very overgrown, unable to enjoy the porch. Driveway was short and not wide. My husband wears a brace on his leg. We need to be very careful getting in and out of the car.

Our favorite cabin is 834N . We truly enjoy staying there whenever we can . We really appreciate letting us checking in early and the express check out you offer . We were wondering if the owners are allowed to live there full time or does Eagles Ridge not allow that . We saw that 834N was for sale . Thanks.
