Check in was more difficult than it should have been. I had to call, give a card and drivers license and then got email to say do it again. Then I am told 2 different addresses before we actually got to check in contactless.

The cabin was beautiful and the wooded lot had several squirrels we could watch in the morning. A cabin guide book would have been nice. Something to tell me where extra sheets for the fold out bed were, etc. We turned on the ice maker and it must be leaking because even after we turned it off and cleaned up water in the fridge we still found a little every day. The hot tub never got hot and only two of the many jets worked. It looked like it had eight or so. Loved the washer and dryer. It came in handy after day one when we had used up all the wash rags. We still had some clean towels after day one which was nice. We enjoyed it being one level which made it easier for my 89 year old grandma to get around. The kids loved the jacuzzi but we ran out of hot water filling it up. We barely got water above the jets. Over all we enjoyed our stay, we just wish the hot tub had been hot and the fridge ice maker had worked properly.

We had just a little issue with the A/C but your maintenance men came first thing the next morning and it was all resolved. Just for your info, you may want to let the owners know that the refrigerator is leaking. I would hate for it to cause a bigger issue if the easy fix is just getting a new one.

The cabin was exceptionally clean! We cooked a big meal and the cabin had every cookware item needed...a pleasant surprise. Although there are many cabins in the area, privacy was not an issue. Also response time to issues were instant! We had an awesome stay and would come back!

Love the location, close to town. Called about a shower liner that had mold and was torn. They came that day and put a new one in. Had to call about the hot tub and they came that day to take care of it. It was clean. Loved walking in with a Bible on the table and bedroom.

The staff should courtesy to me and my family. The cabin was very clean, however I do have a complaint about the hot tub. It was broken the whole time my family and I never got to use it. This was the same exact experience we had when we visited back in Nov 2012. The owners need to replace this hot tub because we paid alot of money back in 2012 and this past weekend to stay in their cabin. Overall the cabin was really nice.

It was our first visit to Pigeon Forge, loved the idea of staying in a log cabin, and it did not disappoint. When we arrived, we thought the cabin was beautiful, as well as the natural setting. It was located so close to all of the attractions. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant that was close by, and shopped for groceries at Publix. We enjoyed cooking and eating breakfast together, sitting in the hot tub, and relaxing on the front porch, in the rocking chairs and porch swing. We visited Dollywood the next day, but it was so hot, we were worn out by about 7:00. Since our cabin was so close, we decided to go swimming to cool off, and then made it back to Dollywood to watch the fireworks at 9:30. We even visited The Island afterwards. The following days we hiked in Smoky Mountain National Park and even went ziplining in the mountains. It was always wonderful to go back to our cozy, luxurious, log cabin home. It was hard to leave!

You did great when we got there the hot tub wasnt very warm but i called and you guys came right away fixed it we were good. The lights in the bedroom didnt work the bulbs were burnt out. When we stay next time we will definately stay in your cabins. It was beautiful.

The room was very clean as usual. However, the hot tub never got warm enough to get in and the TV in the bedroom didn't work.
