We loved staying at the cabin everything was great. cabin was neat and clean. Happy that we had everything we needed during our stay, loved that everyone was so friendly over the phone. Would definitely recommend to other friends and family.

Check in was easy, the front desk staff was amazing as always. Rental was very clean and well supplied with items.

Cabin rental ready earlier than expected. Cabin was wonderful. Special thanks to the maintenance guy (sorry don't remember his name) that came out the first night of our stay to fix our heat!

Maintenance and housekeeping were superb. Magic moments was amazing! Absolutely loved our stay and the location. The person whom helped me listened to everything i had wanted out of our cabin and it was on point. Housekeeping answered every question we had and called twice to make sure everything was great which we appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We couldn't have picked a nicer cabin I've stayed a few other places by you guys are my go to place here on out everything was perfect for our 5th yr Anniversary stay thank you

We loved the Magical Memories cabin! It was perfect for our family's vacation. It was beautifully decorated. We loved the pool table, hot tub, and arcade game. The grill was very easy to use and kitchen suited our needs of cooking a few meals in the cabin perfectly.

Cabin was very nice, and clean. Patsy was very helpful when we first arrived. We would definitely stay at Magical Moments cabin again.

Overall great property! I wish there would have been some little shampoos available as we didn’t bring any for an overnight stay. Loved the decor throughout the cabin and very clean.

The cabin was perfect. We have rented cabins before but none the quality as this one. Service was also top notch. We will definitely stay with Eagle Ridge again and hopefully in the same cabin. Best experience in Pigeon Forge yet. Only complaint we had was that the pillows needed to be replaced...other than than small item it was perfect

The Cabin was wonderful. Very Clean, nice amenities, beautiful location and easy check in/check out process. Cabin was in a great location and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The only “bad” thing I can say about the stay was that the king size bed was very uncomfortable and my husband and I didn’t sleep very well. But I’m sure this is an opinion based thing as some people prefer a harder more firm Mattress where as we prefer a softer memory foam type mattress.

You did great loved the cabin..and the little creek right there..so Pretty and quiet except for the birds chirping..we always have a Great Experience with Eagles Ridge!!!

Over the years we have stayed in and different cabins at Eagle Ridge and other places. We like the convenience of the location. I can remember only one time not being satisfied with a cabin, The staff understood and we were moved to another cabin. The cabin we stayed in on this trip was clean and decorated for Christmas. We could tell that the homeowners took pride in their cabin! We Look forward to our next trip And would definitely choose this cabin again if it is available. Merry Christmas, Kathy

The cabin was amazing but all the jets in the hot tub didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't lock but over all I loved it

Beautiful cabin, nice and clean, loved the no contact check in service. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and jet tub. The bed was comfortable and both my husband and I really enjoyed the nice strong water pressure in the shower. I would recommend in the kitchen providing a good non stick fry pan in addition to the sauce pans you have as well as a measuring cup.

Good. Then only thing is the pool stick which was only 2 were unusable

It’s the second time stay at your resort I’m already planning my next trip in the last week of July 2021. It’s overall a good quiet relaxing experience.

Reservations, check in and check out were easy. The cabin was nice and fit our needs. The cabin was a little confusing to find. The GPS took us to the address but the cabin number was different, so we drove past it a couple of times.

It was a quiet and clean visit that we desperately needed this year.

Totally enjoyed our entire visit. Thank you! For the owner of the unit, the bathroom needs to be fully renovated with a higher toilet and new shower. Thanks.

The WiFi was not good at all. We couldn’t use it most of the time.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable with great amenities.

The experience was great. The only issue that we had was on Friday when we arrived. It was still light out but the gps with the provided address took us up the road a little bit and we went to the wrong cabin. I know that’s not your fault but we finally had to look the address up on google earth and see the surroundings to find our cabin. Yes there is a sign saying 260&261 and pointing down a drive. The problem is the sign is small and because of overgrowth on the side of the rode it’s hard to see the sign when coming down the road. I think there should be a bigger sign with the address on the left side of the drive(if in street and looking at drive) so you can see it coming down the road. Or when the address is sent out also send out some directions with landmarks to go off of.

Every thing was great and the staff was very help in processing and explaining the detail about the stay.

We stayed in 260. The cabin was great. Nice and Quiet! Very clean and everything worked. Enjoyed working with Adam, Cynthia and the rest of the office staff.

Cabin was very clean, good mattress, loved the clean grill, plenty of towels. Jacuzzi was fabulous.

Cabin was really nice. Clean except for the comforter, it had a couple spots on it!! We were in a cabin that was in the back of the woods so I wish the door had an extra lock on it. Made me a little skittish! All you had to do is punch in the code and you're in! We have no idea who has those codes. An extra deadbolt or chain lock I would have to highly recommend. Overall our stay was nice and restful, just what we went for.

Everything was great! Will definitely be back again sometime soon!
