ER93, Pirate’s Cove, is a beautifully decorated, three level log cabin offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, and Game Room nestled in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community with swimming pool privileges offering wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action! As you enter on the main level, you will find a spacious living room offering a queen sleeper sofa, easy chair with ottoman, recliner, glider rocker, TV, Blu Ray DVD Player, gas fireplace, board games, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools and tile flooring along with a separate dining room area that will comfortably seat 8 with wood flooring. There are two queen bedrooms on this level with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and carpet. There is also a full bathroom with tile flooring on this level. On to the upstairs, where you find a master bedroom that offers a King bed, bedside Jacuzzi, TV, and a private bathroom.
Head on down to the lower level where you will find a game room that offers a queen sleeper sofa, rocker, Pool Table, Foosball Table, TV, DVD Player, CD/Cassette Stereo System, bar stools and carpet. A laundry room closet houses a stacked washer/dryer for guest convenience. There are two queen bedrooms on this level with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and carpet. Both bedrooms have a private full bathroom with one of the bedrooms having access to the lower level deck. Guests will love the cozy furnishings that invite to relax and sit back or challenge each other to a game of pool in the game room!

We had a air conditioning problem but you all fixed it very fast. Place was clean and beautiful. Hot tub jets did not work very well in the hot tub. But we will be back next year with you all . Love eagles ridge. Thank you for great memories ❤️

The cabin was ready several hours before check in time. Everything was stocked and clean. We accidentally got locked out of one of the bedrooms and staff was there within 30 minutes to unlock the door.

We all had a very good first experience with your cabin rental. It was a very smooth process and the accommodations were perfect for our family. A few areas that need attention though would be better cleaning of front and back porch areas, along with the hot tub cover. The hot tub was used by some but definitely had a non clean odor. Some lamps need lightbulbs. Otherwise all was great.

Cabin was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Beds were very comfortable, showers were great. Only issues were, power sockets were very loose and there wasn't a pool table rack to rack up the balls. Other than that, great place to stay! Well worth the cost and convienance to town with all the attractions.

Every one was excellent from checking in to maintenance.When we first got there the ac filter was dirty and replaced it.The upstairs bedroom was hard to cool down.The grill was really dirty and smoked really bad.Maintenance came and cleaned it but was hot and could still use a good cleaning around the grate.I left paper with a comment but wanted to let you know we broke one of the cereal bowls which slipped out of our hands.Still was impressed how quick the response was after calling the office .

Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin ER93. Only a few suggestions would have made the stay better....for example, just about all the outlets were very lose when we plugged electronics in them. Plugs kept falling out. The furniture was very dated and could use an update. Like a larger, wider couch. The recliner chair was a little wobbly. Stove could use an upgrade as well. Pillows could be replaced with better quality ones...some were okay but some with really heavy and dense. Other than that, we had a great time.
Office staff was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly. Very impressed.

Problems were taken care of quickly. The unit was comfortable. A few glitches. A couple of burned out bulbs and a couple of raccoons in between the ceiling and floor of the first and second floors. They were trapped during the stay. A little pricey even for the holiday. Off holiday pricing was better.
