Cabin was very clean and well stocked with items. It had room for everyone in our family and enjoyed the video game machine and pool table. We LOVED the deck and the weather was beautiful so it allowed us to use it frequently.

Perfect location, everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The reservations were easy to make and the staff was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We love bed the cabin. Could have used a few more dish towels and a spatula. It was decorated for Christmas which was an added bonus! We hope to make this an annual event.

It was best cabin we’ve stayed in and been coming for many years. No problems at all.

The cabin was really nice the beds were comfortable and the cabin was easy to find and access.

Great property! Location was off craziness of main strip but yet only five minutes by car.

The cabin was beautiful and met all expectations. Unfortunately we chose the weekend when there were unusual and incredibly LOW temperatures in the area. Power was interrupted by the County making efforts to ensure we weren't caught in a full black out and pipes outside the cabin froze and we had no water for two days. However, the staff at Eagle Ridge was PHENOMINA! THANK YOU TO ALL of them! They made every effort to provide us with options for showers and did all they could to try and repair the pipes. A trip that looked like it would be a disaster was amazing with all of the weather issues due to the Customer service of the company's staff.

The stay was great! We loved the comfort of the cabin, views and location. The games, theater room and bunk beds were loved by kids. The hot tub with a view was awesome. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the soaker tub because it would not drain when I went to rinse it before hand. The only suggestion would be to mop the floors before new guests stay.

Excellent! We enjoyed the hot tub, large showers, and game room. Everything was extremely clean and comfy.

Everything was great from booking the cabin, to check-in and check-out, as well as the stay. I appreciate how easy the checking in and out process was without even having to go to an office. The cabin was spectacular!

As always we have been staying at eagles ridge for 20 plus years and always have a great experience!

Booking was easy . Few minor issues with cabin like the downstairs bathroom door was a little jammed , few dinner plates were chipped and all the jets in the hot tub were not firing . But those are minor things . Cabin was clean and well stocked with towels ,linens . Had an issue with e grill pilot light help was sent promptly. One issue that I will mention bus that the community pool for us for not on our property it was 3.5 miles away so not convenient for patrons staying on our side of lodge , that I feel should have been clarified . We were told there was a pool on the vicinity that we could walk to. .

The cabin was very nice with a great location off the main strip. We did enjoy the decks on the facility and the corm hole game. There should have been more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. More than one kitchen wash cloth and towel would have been very helpful also.

Good cabin . Bedrooms worked well for our party. Ants and centipedes in bottom level of cabin. Outlet for microwave did not work. Had to use an extension cord and run it to another outlet. Also porches on the cabin we’re awesome. Overall good experience.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely book a cabin again in the future!

It was absolutely perfect! We loved the cabin and everyone says we have to do it again next year. Honest we were content just hanging out at the cabin all the time. It was my husband and myself, 3 adults kids with 2 in-law spouses, a 21 moth old, and a 1 month old. The 21 month old came down with a bug on day two of our stay and was sick the rest of the time. All the amenities that came with the cabin was perfect for keeping us entertained while we were cabin bound. FYI…the toaster is only half working, the left side doesn’t pop up so the item continues to toast until you unplug it and pull it out. Also we battled large black carpenter ants (not sure if this is normal or not, which being in the woods I’m sure is an everyday occurrence). Just wanted to let you know in case there is a preventative measure you take to help eliminate them. Please don’t take it as a complaint from us, just a message to keep you updated. I also realized at our first pit stop on our way home, I accidentally forgot to take one of you small dessert forks out of our bar pan. I will be sure to wash it and drop it off I. The mail to you ASAP., I am so sorry about that…I promise we are not a utensil thief family 😊

We had a fantastic vacation with our family at Bearly Believe It cabin 805. This new cabin is beautiful, comfortable and nicely appointed. Since there is only 1 closet, recommend adding more hooks in the main and lower level bedrooms for clothes, and in the living room for coats. Also recommend adding a light over the grill on the deck so you can see what you're cooking after dark. An outdoor thermometer on the deck would also be nice. We've rented cabins from other companies but this was our best experience. Check-in and check-out was easy. There was adequate dishwasher and laundry soap, and toilet paper for our entire stay (unlike other rental companies) - THANK YOU!
