ER227, Bearry Nice, is a spaciously designed two level log cabin offering guests 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a game room nestled in a natural wooded setting in a resort setting with swimming pool privileges offering wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  As you enter the beautifully decorated log home with that “Smoky Mountain Appeal” on the main level, you will find the living room offering a queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD Player, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and wood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room area with seating for 4, a full bathroom with tile flooring, and a King bedroom with a bedside Jacuzzi, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fans, and wood flooring.  On to the upper level lofted game room, you will find a pool table, TV, mini fridge, wet bar, queen futon, ceiling fan, and wood flooring.  For those looking for relaxation to enjoy the natural scenery, a covered wraparound main level deck offers 4 wooden rockers and a gas grill along with a covered screened upper level deck that houses the hot tub and a patio set for 4.  This cabin offers FREE WIRED AND WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!  This cabin is PET FRIENDLY.  All pets incur a $75 nonrefundable deposit per pet.  With all the luxuries for your home away from home in the Smokies, ER227, Bearry Nice, is perfect for couples or small families looking for a getaway to the Smokies!

Cabin was very clean and smelled clean too. Parking into the particular cabin (#er227/beary nice) wasn’t the greatest. Driveway is shared and splits off, if you had anything bigger then a sedan car you wouldn’t be able to open the doors and get out comfortably. No storage in the bathroom for towels and wash rags. No hooks on the back of the door to leg towels dry for multiple uses. And out of 3 phones in the cabin, landlines, only 1 worked. Which was a slight bummer since I personally have kids and had there been an emergency with them back at home at night I may not have heard the phone out in the living room. Cellphone service isn’t an option at the cabin so the landline is the only way for someone to contact you if needed, which is fine, would have just liked to have another working phone in there. Overall, I wouldn’t let my preferences of amenities affect coming back again or give negative feedback to people I’d refer to the property.

Everything was very clean and orderly in the cabin! It was in a perfect location, close enough to the parkway and shopping yet far enough to feel secluded in the mountains. My only complaint would be that the pillows need badly updating, we forgot our pillows and had to sleep on lumpy mishapen ones for a few days. The hot tub was great tho it takes at least two days to warm up again after being drained and "covid cleaned" Overall a wonderful weekend getaway with friendly staff. Thank you for everything!

Easy check in process. Cabin was clean and cozy. Couch could use an upgrade. The dishwasher also is probably on its last leg as it’s very loud. And the dryer took two cycles to dry but we survived just fine. Only suggestions.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, commendable accommodations! We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our cabin. The only minor glitch was related to replacing the batteries in the all the remotes; we bought new batteries to use while at the cabin but replaced the expensive new batteries with the 'tired' upon checkout. Otherwise all was EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks!

Beautiful and clean cabin, comfortable bed, had everything we needed! 2 of the clocks were stuck on 6pm- they need batteries! The steep driveway wasn’t in the pictures, and not much flat grass area for our tiny dog to potty.... but we liked it and the convenient location to town. We’d stay there again!

Our stay was excellent. The cabin was very nicely equipped with everything we could have used. The fact that it was dog friendly only added to the appeal. We had a bit of a challenge finding the cabin because the numbers of the cabin were not visible in the dark from the road. We did have one small issue and i know it is an owner fix, the bed in this cabin was very hard which made it somewhat uncomfortable, a more comfortable bed would make this the perfect stay and one we would return to often

Outstanding! The cabin was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. I liked how we were close to all the activities Pigeon Forge had to offer, but felt like we were tucked away in the woods. I truly appreciated the fact that the “little” necessities like dish soap and laundry soap was provided. The hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking all day. And having the gas grill was a nice treat to make some burgers for a dinner “at home”. We can’t wait to come back for a longer visit!
