Cabin was absolutely amazing. Cabin was clean and exactly as described. The only negative was that parking was a bit tight, but not too bad. One thing I would suggest is an HDMI extension cable for the TVs with an open HDMI port. We didn't need one (I forgot to pack my Roku Stick), but that would allow guests to plug in their streaming devices without the need of messing with the TV. Again, didn't matter to us, but might save you hassle in the future.

Great -- loved the newsletter with ideas of activities, dinner shows, restaurants; Really appreciated a few amenities -- 1) gas log fire, 2) hot tub, 3) rollaway bed, 4) dish soap, extra roll of toilet paper and paper towels Great location for access to Dollywood Wish: wish you had coffee filters, salt and pepper -- just a few extras that prevent grocery runs. We needed more pillows. King size bed is better with 4 "sleepable" pillows. We had 2 and one went to the rollaway bed.

The cabin is clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. So nice to have 3 TVs and a large indoor tub to soak in. We couldn’t get the spa jets to turn on, though. You probably already know that a few of the Venetian blinds in the living room and bedroom are broken or bent. Please tell the owners that the DVD player on the fireplace mantle doesn’t work – we put a DVD in it, and it made a raucous noise. We enjoyed cooking several meals rather than having to go out. Some kitchen supplies that would be helpful: a large non-serrated chef’s knife, a rubber spatula, and a dish drying rack. We bought a dish brush and left it at the back of the sink for future guests.

It was awesome accommodation but there was no proper coordination with the people from the capital vacations as to instructions of their schedules. All in the property we great except we don’t have hangers for our clothes in the cLoset and blankets were worn out. It needs replacement.

AMAZING! Communication was the best I've ever experienced with a rental company...and I've rented many cabins and beach houses. We had an issue with our hot tub when we checked in and Eagles Properties called us multiple times to check in to see if the situation was resolved. They said they would send someone out and he arrived in 5-10 minutes! He fixed it right away. I received a phone call later in the day to make sure everything was still okay. I received another call the next day to make sure we were still doing well. Everyone was so kind to talk to. 🙂 Thank you!

When we arrived we found a bag of garbage torn in the driveway that we had to pick up. We couldn't figure out how to use the shower. When EPM called to see if we needed anything we spoke to them about the shower. A maintenance person was out within the hour to show us how to work the shower. EPM was quick to respond to our issues. All in all we had a great time. This is our second time staying with Eagle Ridge. We will return again. Keep up the good work.

The reservation process was super simple, the cabin was perfect for our little family. It was nice and clean, I love that there was laundry soap already there as I didn’t even think of it and ended up needing it. Only thing is we ran out of toilet paper, could have used an extra roll stashed away somewhere. The hot tub was clean, and already warm when we got there. We have only good thoughts on our stay with Eagle Property Management and will definitely be back to stay again in one of your cabins.

Such an amazing location! It feels like you’re tucked away from everything but the strip is right there! The cabin was cozy and clean. Water pressure was great, we loved the tub nook in the bedroom, and the streaming and WiFi were fast.

Cabin was very clean and smelled clean too. Parking into the particular cabin (#er227/beary nice) wasn’t the greatest. Driveway is shared and splits off, if you had anything bigger then a sedan car you wouldn’t be able to open the doors and get out comfortably. No storage in the bathroom for towels and wash rags. No hooks on the back of the door to leg towels dry for multiple uses. And out of 3 phones in the cabin, landlines, only 1 worked. Which was a slight bummer since I personally have kids and had there been an emergency with them back at home at night I may not have heard the phone out in the living room. Cellphone service isn’t an option at the cabin so the landline is the only way for someone to contact you if needed, which is fine, would have just liked to have another working phone in there. Overall, I wouldn’t let my preferences of amenities affect coming back again or give negative feedback to people I’d refer to the property.

Everything was very clean and orderly in the cabin! It was in a perfect location, close enough to the parkway and shopping yet far enough to feel secluded in the mountains. My only complaint would be that the pillows need badly updating, we forgot our pillows and had to sleep on lumpy mishapen ones for a few days. The hot tub was great tho it takes at least two days to warm up again after being drained and "covid cleaned" Overall a wonderful weekend getaway with friendly staff. Thank you for everything!

Easy check in process. Cabin was clean and cozy. Couch could use an upgrade. The dishwasher also is probably on its last leg as it’s very loud. And the dryer took two cycles to dry but we survived just fine. Only suggestions.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, commendable accommodations! We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our cabin. The only minor glitch was related to replacing the batteries in the all the remotes; we bought new batteries to use while at the cabin but replaced the expensive new batteries with the 'tired' upon checkout. Otherwise all was EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks!

Beautiful and clean cabin, comfortable bed, had everything we needed! 2 of the clocks were stuck on 6pm- they need batteries! The steep driveway wasn’t in the pictures, and not much flat grass area for our tiny dog to potty.... but we liked it and the convenient location to town. We’d stay there again!

Our stay was excellent. The cabin was very nicely equipped with everything we could have used. The fact that it was dog friendly only added to the appeal. We had a bit of a challenge finding the cabin because the numbers of the cabin were not visible in the dark from the road. We did have one small issue and i know it is an owner fix, the bed in this cabin was very hard which made it somewhat uncomfortable, a more comfortable bed would make this the perfect stay and one we would return to often

Outstanding! The cabin was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. I liked how we were close to all the activities Pigeon Forge had to offer, but felt like we were tucked away in the woods. I truly appreciated the fact that the “little” necessities like dish soap and laundry soap was provided. The hot tub was a great way to relax after hiking all day. And having the gas grill was a nice treat to make some burgers for a dinner “at home”. We can’t wait to come back for a longer visit!
