ER307 - Eagle's View

Cabin 307 needs a lot of TLC. Needs high dusting. Vent in baths definitely need cleaning. One rocker on porch is broken and needs to be repaired before someone gets hurts. Porch chairs are dry rotted Also a danger risk But we enjoyed the convenience of the cabin and the location. We will definitely use these properties again

The cabin was wonderful. The only things I found is the ♿️ stall hand-held needs fixed or replaced and both bathrooms need new lighting. Very dull in there.

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin. A quiet and friendly place. A few minor details need attention. Showerhead in handicap bathroom needs attention, sprayed water across the bathroom when turned on. Icemaker in refrigerator didn't work. Lower lock on backdoor wouldn't lock, deadbolt lock worked. Other than that very satisfied with our stay at the cabin and hope to stay in the same cabin next year, loved the location.

Loved the Cabin. The location was perfect and the Cabin was very clean. My only complaint was the jacuzzi was very Loyd so I didn't use it.

Appreciate the emails/texts to instruct us of check-in/out process. Cabin was all we needed for our 2 night stay. Keypad code only worked with ✔️, and not * after entering 6 numbers. We appreciated the call back when we called with our dilemma figuring that out. The location to the Parkway was super great.

An extra roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and an extra roll of paper towels would have been nice. Also, more than one dish towel in the kitchen would be good. In all, our experience was very good. The hot tub was excellent, the beds were very comfortable. The filter cover for the central unit needs some attention. It was good to have an icemaker in the refrigerator. Overall, the cabin made our stay in the area a very nice experience.

Everything was wonderful and peaceful. Had about everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub of course was my favorite! I did wish the tvs were bigger but didn’t really watch them so over all my stay was wonderful I will be back soon!

We didn't have any problems with our stay. I am a people person but everything was so efficient, we only had phone conversations, they were very friendly and informative. We loved the cabin and the area entertainment. Ths

We had a great vacation. We would have enjoyed it more if Rod Run was NOT going on. Everyplace was so busy and hectic. Our cabin was very nice but wish it had smart TVs

Our cabin was hard to find and when we called the office a female that answered the phone gave us directions to the office and not the cabin. The roads were being worked on after we got to cabin we had to find our way out and then back in

I have to admit the customer service was above and beyond excellent. Our very good rating comes at reflection of the cabin. Though we had everything we needed, the cabin was very much missing some personal touches that you have come to expect from AirBNB and other vacation rentals. Things like extra pillows, a hair dryer, oversized towels, and comfortable mattresses. It was not a deal breaker by any means, but something to consider. We had to go out and buy pillows and pillow cases. Also, the washing machine was able to wash exactly one of our pool towels at a time. It would not fit two pool towels. Things like this make it less convent.

Love the whole contactless check in and check out process. It was easy and just added to the pleasure of our stay. We will be back soon!

Great cabin. Why would you have to use 10 words?

Our stay in the cabin was very enjoyable and relaxing!

Everything was great. There was a few simple things that was inconvenient though. There was not a soap holder in the shower. And the sinks not being in the bathrooms. We also couldn’t figure out how to put water back into the hot tub. We couldn’t get the jets to cut off in the hot tub either. Other than that it was very nice.

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed coming back to the cabin after a long day of hiking to relax in a jacuzzi, then we liked sitting by the fireplace to relax and reset. Would recommend 2-ply toilet paper, a slightly larger tv in the family room, offer board games, simpler checkin/checkout process (maybe a link to fill everything out instead of having to call).

It was a very nice cabin needs a few updates like bigger TV newer pots and pans but very clean and staff was top notch.

We had an amazing stay. This was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel, and needless to say, we will not stay in a hotel ever again if we can help it. Being able to relax after a busy and tiring day at a place that feels like home was great!

we was amaze about the care that you all put into this....even the little details like hairdryer and soap. We love the peaceful surroundings and we the fact that you could feel God's Spirit and Blessings all over the place. Cabin was nice, staff was nice. There was an issue with the hot tub being dirty, but when I called the office, they immediately fixed the problem.

Check in is always quick and easy. I've stayed at ER at least a dozen times. Staff are always friendly.

It was so good to have a chair that could be moved to the sink area of bedroom to help with getting ready for someone who can only stand a short time!
