All questions were answered immediately. We were not able to connect to the Wifi. Someone came to the cabin as soon as I called and repaired the problem. Eagles Ridge staff members were very accommodating and very easy to work with no matter what I needed.

The cabin was amazing, great location but the hot tub wouldn't heat up. My niece wanted to relax in the hot tub but it wouldn't get warm enough.

Windows needed curtains. Wifi half way worked. Raccoons tried to still garbage can outside lol. Had very nosey neighbors this time. No blender. We love your cabins and will continue coming.
