ER57, Bear Haven, is a charming one level log cabin offering one bedroom, bedside Jacuzzi, and one bathroom located in a log cabin community near the entrance of the resort with swimming pool privileges and within walking distance to the swimming pool.  This spacious cabin is within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  


As you enter the main level, the cozy living room invites you to come in, sit back, and relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace offering guests a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, glider rocker, TV, VCR Player, CD/Cassette Stereo with speakers, spacious vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans and wood flooring.  There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room combo that offers seating for 4 with wood flooring.  A luxurious queen bedroom with a TV, ceiling fan, bedside Jacuzzi and carpeted flooring.  There is a private full bathroom with hallway and bedroom access that offers a stand up shower.  There is even a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience along with an iron and ironing board.


 The covered front deck on the main level offers visitors a comfortable place to enjoy nature at its finest with a wooden swing and two wooden rockers.  Guests will love sitting in the swing after a long day of activities enjoying the sounds of nature and even possible bird watching!  The covered screened back deck offers a gas grill, a patio table for 4 for grilling your favorite food and having a picnic.   You will also find the hot tub covered and screened on the main level back deck.  Guests will love relaxing in the soaking hot tub listening to the sounds of nature.  Don’t forget your laptop, this cabin offers WIRELESS INTERNET access!  This is a nonsmoking cabin with smoking accommodations on the decks.  With all the luxuries for your home away from home, ER57, Bear Haven, is perfect for couples or small families to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!

Check in was easy. It was nice the first morning that the office checked with us. A draw back was not knowing the check in process until the day of arrival. I would have liked to know what to expect for the arrival and check in process earlier in the planning.

Ok, the garbage can outside was practically full when we got there. Left little room to empty our own trash. Also, the shower handle/temp gauge was hard to operate and get the temp needed. I was very happy that we were away from the strip, it was way too busy! There was one night we were woke up by a lot of arguing outside.

The cabin was very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues, one was our fault, but the others were taken care of promptly. Loved the privacy, the quietness and being close to everything. We only had 2 complaints: the bed was not comfortable (plenty of room for a king) and it needs a higher toilet. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was very nice! The hot tub didn't get hot enough & the controls don't work right. The mattress should be replaced!!! Very uncomfortable! But the rest of the Cabin was beautiful & relaxing. We would stay with Eagles Ridge again but in a different cabin unless they upgraded this one.

Your staff is friendly and efficient and we appreciated the service regarding the internet issue that was addressed on our first day there. The cabin was clean and as pictured. Here are a few things we noticed that could have made the stay even better. The bed is hard and we managed through it but it certainly would have been wonderful if it had been more comfortable. There is no lighting over the stove that worked and this made it difficult to cook so please place a bulb in the bottom of the microwave. One final mention, there is one pan that really needs to be discarded as the Teflon was about gone on it so we didn't use it. We had brought a pan with us to cook in so we managed through that problem as we go every year to Pigeon Forge. Please accept this feedback in the spirit it is given and that is to make every visit as enjoyable as possible. We'll see you again next year. Thank you.

The cabin was very cozy and just right for me and my husband. It was stocked with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we loved being near town. The only thing that needed attention was the lights over the sink and stove were out making it hard to see as the only other lights were behind you as you prepared food and cooked. I also loved that there was a flag on the front porch, but it needs to be retired and a new one put out in its place as it was faded and ragged and torn. We definitely enjoyed the stay 2 nights and get 3rd night at no charge and look forward to using Eagles Ridge again. Thank you for a great stay.
