ER51 Natures Grace Retreat

Good experience over all. This is our maybe seventh or eighth trip at your cabins. We have had two, three and four bedroom cabins in the last ten years. We love the pool in summer months, but the last few years it’s been a Thanksgiving- Christmas vacation for us.

The pictures didn’t show that there’re other cabins right next to the cabin we stayed in. Other than that the cabin was great.

Cabin exactly as shown. Great staff to work with. Second time in same cabin and plan on returning again.

Clean cabin, great hot tub. Staff courtesy calls appreciated. Enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying at Eagle‘s Ridge for years and I’ve always had a good experience. And if we needed any help, they came right away to fix it.

Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Very peaceful. This is our second time staying and we have thoroughly enjoyed it both times.

Great check in & out process. Cabin amazing & had everything we needed. We did have electric loss with rolling blackouts but all in all was a great trip.

The cabin was great for my brother-in-law who is using a walker. Loved where it was located. Might want to check the upstairs windows-there is some rotting in the framework.

We had a excellent stay in the cabin. was extremely clean and enjoyed it very much. And we will recommended to our friends and we will be coming back. A couple of minor repairs. Light bulb in the kitchen over the window was out and the light bulb in the dining room over the table so. Also the sink in the first floor bedroom drained extremely slowly. But nothing that would stop us for coming back!

Cabin was great size for our family of four. Location was good relative to GSMNP. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice, cabin was clean, everything functional and as expected. Would have liked to know more precise cabin location prior to day of check-in so that we could plan our activities more in advance.

We loved our stay at Natures Grace Retreat, it was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog! The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub! The cabin was very close to the Parkway and no steep driveway or road, which is a plus for me. We felt secluded even though we weren't that far from all there is to do in Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again!

We had an overall great experience. The hot tub was the perfect way to end a night. The only trouble we had was with the address. It did not take us directly to the cabin but we were able to find it after driving around. But we had a great weekend get away and would stay again.

We had some issues finding our Cabin at first. Our cabin was prefect for our family. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with Eagle Ridge Cabins.

everything was in excellent shape. The cabin was conveniently located to downtown Pigeon Forge

This was our first time renting a cabin. We enjoyed it alot. Much better than a motel room. It was so beautifully decorated. It was home away from home.

Everything was great. Had a issue with the pullout bed and maintenance fixed.

We stayed in E51 and loved this cabin and it's location. The Smoky Mountains are one of our favorite vacation spots and have stayed in Eagle Ridge cabins many times. Your cabins are our first go to when planning our trip. Thank you for always making our stay great with awesome accommodations!

We were very pleased with our cabin. The back porch overlooking the creek was so calming!! We didn't know you had a pool available until we got there - we were able to swim one day and it was very well kept. All in all we were very happy and will definitely stay at your cabins again!!!

Only minor details need improving We had to buy more toilet paper bc no extra rolls and there are cobwebs around front windows. Also construction noise was difficult to tune out. They even worked Sunday and Monday the holiday. We know not in your control but very hard to relax or sleep in or nap. The setting was very nice and we enjoyed the cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin and when I had an issue it was resolved immediately!

Everything was wonderful. We loved the cabin except the upstairs bathroom was locked and not accessible. We were not informed that that toilet was not going to be available. I think we should have gotten an allowance because of the inconvenience.

We discovered an electrical receptacle in one of the bathrooms that was not working, we call the office and less than hour the receptacle was replaced. Excellent service!

Loved the no check in process, straight to your cabin minus the Siri on the phone sending us to the wrong place. Had us driving around up in the mountains off of Sinnett Rd. Found out the guest in the cabin next to us was sent to the same place. Glad there was someone after hours to answer the phone and get us in touch with somebody to give us correct directions. Happy that it was the area we have stayed for many years. Love the area your cabins are in. Very helpful office staff.

Clean cabin when we arrived. Like a home away from home with all that is in the cabin. Love the jacuzi bath and hot tub, however the hot tub needs some service. Heat was working but the jets were only partially working. Love the video game addition to Natures grace retreat cabin.

Wonderful cozy cabin close enough to everything but still private. Very clean with everything that we needed. Easy check in and out. We will be back!!

Come every year and love the location of Eagles Ridge. We like each cabin but have yet to find the one that we want to rebook each year. We are always happy with our stay. The booking and customer service is great.

The cabin we stay in is excellent and we've used it before. It was totally clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we expected with one minor glitch. The TV remote to the upstairs tv was not fully functional. Besides that, the beds are nice, the kitchen fully stocked, plenty of hot water for the jacuzi tub and outdoor hot tub. God willing we will be back.

Beautiful cabin, we had issues with out hot tub. You was quick to come and fix it but it took 3-4 hours away from our vacation time. We had no hot tub for 2 days and we still paid full price for our cabin. Other than that our experience was fantastic! Friendly staff...

We had a nice stay. Cabin was nice. We will get a bigger one next time. Was a little hot in the upstairs bedroom the whole time. Also, the upstairs bedroom hot water and cool water nozzle is broken, it just spends, you only get boiling hot water you can not adjust it so taking a shower was not possible useless you wanted to get burned.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our first time with your resort and the arrangements. The Eagles staff is extremely nice, efficient and professional. Arriving Sunday we were not sure of our location but the young lady who answered our call for directions was so very nice and patient. Location was great. Our only concerns: 1. please have someone check the temperature on hot water heater as the temperature got VERY hot 2. The owner needs to consider new mattresses (no support), smaller table and chairs (too bulky and heavy), and some cooling measures upstairs. We wanted a king bed but that being upstairs it got too hot to sleep

Everything was clean and comfortable as usual. Loved the cabin and the area. Staff was great about making everything hands free for health.

This was an awesome visit. We really enjoyed the cabin and the area. The closeness to town helped us to have all the conviences that the city has to offer.

Looking for a nice cabin to escape our everyday lives & relax a bit. Wanted it large enough where we were not sitting on top of one another. Needed space to move around within the cabin. We were well satisfied. It was nice & clean.

We loved the comfortable beds and beautiful fall décor. The Natures Grace cabin was very affordable and fit all our needs. It provided not only beautiful scenery outdoors but spacious rooms with views from the windows. The fireplace added just the perfect touch on our cool mornings and chilly evenings. Thank you Eagles Ridge resort for making us feel like home.

From the booking all the way through - perfect. A little too much rain but that was no fault of yours.

Loved our experience with Eagle Ridge Resort. Cabin was well kept, clean and spacious. Safety during the road closures and flooding was a top priority to staff. Roads were checked in advance with wonderfully given directions to the cabin. Checkout was a breeze.

Friendly staff, very accommodating. The cabin was nice and clean. Could use a few more cooking pans!
