We loved the beautiful and clean cabin. It was well equipped and perfect for our stay there. We even saw a large bear very close while we were on the porch. Thankfully we were more interested in the bear than it was in us! We hope to stay in the same cabin again one day soon.

We enjoyed our stay in #50. Everything was just as you said it would be. We always look for a more seculedid place to stay after being out all day and this fit the bill. Enjoyed the grill, hot tub, and back porch. We will probably contact you the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Everything was good except that the day before we left the wi-fi quit and said no signal. They came and fixed toilet lid and was supposed to look at dvd players but didn’t leave instructions on how to work them. Couldn’t play any of our movies. Disappointing for our granddaughters.

First and foremost, wonderful cabin. We’ll definitely return. Couple things, had some problems with hot water knob in jacuzzi upstairs. Plus, large area that was water soaked in first floor bedroom, right below jacuzzi, after use. Did not see a wet ceiling, so kinda a mystery. We only used jacuzzi that first night, just in case.

The log cabin was beautiful and located in a beautiful surrounding. It was clean and spacious. Having Wi-Fi was very practical. Although most of the cabin was nice and cool, the room upstairs remained hot. I was happy to see that there was an additional fold out bed we were able to use.

Easy to select the cabin and get there, very nice place to stay while visiting TN. This cabin did not have any potholders, coffee filters or salt/pepper shakers - recommend adding those items but otherwise we had everything else we needed!

Great facilities. Close enough to the action but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The pool was great, never busy! Check in and out process was easy! I called a few days ahead to confirm my reservation, the woman I spoke to was so kind and gave great information! She suggested to stop at Publix or Kroeger on the way into town. That definitely saved us a lot of time! The cabin was clean, we loved having the grill available. The washer in the unit was also a plus! The dishwasher did not work well, the soap tablet never dissolved but we brought our own paper plates and plastic utensils so it was not a big deal. We read a review on our cabin ahead of time that suggested a lantern because the back porch was dark, we brought one along and that was a great suggestion! Thank you for the great time! We will be back!

I was very impressed. I called because our hot tub was not working. Someone came out within 30 minutes. She had to get a part to fix it and she said she wasn't sure of that would work. I told her I was really looking forward getting to use the hot tub and if it couldn't be fixed if we could be moved into a different cabin. She said they was all booked so she stayed for hours into the evening until she got it fixed. I am very thankful.

ER50 was the first cabin we stayed in, many years ago, and we were excited to revisit. Just the perfect size for my husband and myself. Could use a little updating as far as seating, and definitely new mattresses. Another suggestion would be grab bars by the shower (we are older now and appreciate the security). But for the most part a lovely cabin.

The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. A few things that were a little disappointing, were that the hit water would run out pretty quick. The back porch needs more lighting. Very difficult to see when using grill. Had to use a flashlight. The fireplace needs some servicing as well. Sometimes it wouldn't come on at all and when it did, it would only stay on for about 10 minutes, even though it was set to 30 min. These are minor suggestions that can enhance the experience for future guests. The things that I mentioned would not prevent me from staying there again though. Had a great time! (Creekside)

Overall stay was great. Only problems were the grill was unusable and we found that the frying pans were put away very dirty. There are a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed during the off season. Our experience with Eagles Ridge was great. In no way will these minor issues diminish the chance of us returning. We love your cabins and look forward to returning soon.

Great as always. first time we had a cabin without WiFi so that was unfortunate. maybe I missed that when I was reserving it but it made it slightly challenging to look up directions and watch movies (no cell phone signal until we got out to parkway).
