Clear instructions for arriving, Cabin was clean and resort area overall looks inviting. On our arrival we got a text not only that day but the day after as well and when we responded to the text it was answered promptly which was nice. Looking forward to staying with you again next year.

Our stay was more than perfect! We definitely did not want to leave to go back home. This is our third time, third cabin with Eagle Ridge and these cabins do not disappoint! We had a beautiful cabin that we didn't want to leave cause it made us feel at home. Our boys loved staying in the second level bedroom with the game room. They had a blast with the pool table and board games and so much more. The main level was super cozy open concept with the livingoom area, kitchen, and dining area. We took advance of eating most meals out on the deck watching the squirrels in the near by trees. The main level bedroom was very spacious with an attached bathroom. The king bed was super comfortable and made relaxing at night a dream. We would love to rent this cabin again! And we are dreaming of our next stay next year! Thank you for having us!

Every thing in the cabin was really nice and clean. The CHRISTMAS decorations was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzi. The only complaint we had had was the tv downstairs in the game room where the pool table was would not turn down but it was not a big deal for us because the other three tv’s in the cabin worked really good.

Our cabin had everything we needed plus some. We had an issue with the first-floor shower leaking in the downstairs bathroom. Called the office and a maintenance person was Johnny on the spot. He could not fix but did come by the next day and the shower issue was repaired. We were out (gave permission for them to enter0 and a note was left explaining what they did. Check in and Check out was a breeze!

Overall stay was great! Maybe could provide some extra amenities in the kitchen. Such as a dish sponge cleaner and extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can. It was a nice space with comfortable beds. Plenty of seating.

We truly enjoyed our short stay here! I brought 4 boys down to Pigeon Forge for my son's 16th birthday. The location was perfect! It was so close to all the activities by the Island, putt putt, mountain coaster, great dining, the outlets, escape rooms, etc. and still gave us the feel of a cabin in the mountains. It was very clean, the boys loved the pool table, games and the hot tub. They were very accommodating and even helped us look for an item of value that we left behind. I would come back in a heart beat!

Thank you for easy booking, early entry, a d departing process. First night we had a water leak from upstairs shower use to lower level ceiling and was reported immediately with direct attention from staff and maintenance. Appreciative for a peaceful and relaxed vacation!

Great experience with non-contact check-in tp prompt resolution of any concerns/issues. Management and ownership was very customer service orientated. I have been traveling and staying at several different cabins over the last 15 years between Xmas and New Years with my adult children. This experience was absolutely the best in terms of accommodations and attentiveness to your needs. The cabin was extremely quaint and beautiful.

The cabin #ER107 was very clean .I love the Christmas decorations. The kids loved the playroom downstairs. everyone had their own space. Hot tub was a hit. Very close to many resturants and activity.

There was some kind of an electrical issue with outside hot tub that it would not get hotter and it would do it’s own thing turning off and on, not getting temp up, sometimes working and sometimes not. Other than that everything was great!

(ER107, Smoky Mountain Charm) Lovely, cozy cabin! Great location close to PF. Very clean ... felt safe in these COVID times! All staff by phone was exceptionally friendly & helpful. We did have several issues, but these problems were addressed immediately and resolved. Check-in was 4:00. We arrived in PF, but did not receive e-mail or text with cabin code to enter. We called the office at approximately 4:20 and told we had just been checked in and would receive instructions. We did receive the instruction & code within a few minutes of our calling. Neither the jacuzzi or hot tub were functioning. Again, called the office and WITHIN 10 minutes (!) maintenance arrived! He had to leave twice for parts, but he took care of the both problems. Kudo's to the friendly, professional, knowlegeable guy who took care of us! Sorry I have forgotten his name. Do remember he is originally from Michigan :) The TV's in both the LR and Master are ROKU. We were able to figure out the LR TV, but printed instructions would be helpful! We could not get power to the BR TV. We were only in the cabin 3 nights so we did not request maintenance for the bedroom TV. We did not use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom at all so uncertain of any issues there.
