Check-Out Instructions

Check-Out is at 11:00am ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

In order to take advantage of our EXPRESS CHECK-OUT you must:

1. Have completed your paperwork, turned in your voucher to the front desk (if you booked through a vendor) and have no outstanding balance.
2. Inform guest services at 865-286-1331 of your departure. This will be a recording with Janet at dispatch. This is time stamped, so just leave your name and unit number on the machine and you are checked out!
3. Lock all exterior doors as you leave. If you are unable to lock the doors, please contact the office for assistance.

Before Checking Out Please Remember To:

1. Clean dishes. Place all dirty dishes, silverware and utensils in the dishwasher and start. PLEASE DO NOT USE DISHWASHING LIQUID IN THE DISHWASHER!
2. Bag all garbage and place it in the outdoor receptacle.
3. Place all wet/dirty towels and washcloths in the bathroom — Please DO NOT remove bed linens or any bedding!
4. Set the heat to 65 degrees (November – March) OR Set the A/C to 75 degrees (April – October)
