Ole Smoky Moonshine Barn at The Island

The Ole Smoky Moonshine Barn is a great place to hear free live music from both local and touring musicians. Located at The Island in Pigeon Forge, this moonshine shop has live music just about every day of the week. Some of the most frequent performers at the Ole Smoky Barn include the bluegrass bands Firewater Junction, The Darrell Webb Band, Monroeville, and The Midnight Run Band.

In addition to these Pigeon Forge-based bands, Ole Smoky Moonshine also hosts a number of big name acts throughout the year. Past performers have included Easton Corbin, Dierks Bentley, Chris Janson, and Billy Bob Thornton & The Boxmasters.

  • The Barbeque and Bluegrass Festival in May and June brings some of the biggest names in bluegrass to the park for over 250 free concerts.

  • The Southern Gospel & Harvest Festival in October includes over 300 concerts from famous gospel artists.

  • The Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival from November through early January is filled with holiday-themed musical performances.

  • The Festival of Nations in March and April brings talented musicians from all over the world to the theme park.
