ER316 - Black Bear Hideaway

The cabin was beautiful and exactly what I expected it to be. The accommodations provided were well explained in advance & were accurate upon arrival. The cabin was clean and organized. The living room furniture and beds were all comfortable. The bedding was nice & there were lots of extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and the shower heads were nice. We felt safe here with our kids and the property seemed to be well maintained. The front right stove burner did not work, but the other 3 burners did. We cooked numerous meals during our stay. The checkout process was very easy! We were very happy with our stay and we will hopefully get the pleasure of returning here in the future with our family. Overall good. Seamless experience. Good service. Had issue knowing how to work cable remotes and the tech responded within the hour to ensure we knew how to use.

This is our favorite place to stay on our vacation. We have found our favorite cabin.

great service,they text and checked with us alot and made sure we was happy and checking and making sure everything was ok and see if we needed anything and if we needed anything all we had to do is call the service desk it was the service we needed it was a wonderful stay ,we all loved it

Beautiful cabin experience. Please install a night light in your bathrooms. Also, a chest at the foot of the bed for luggage would be nice.

Clean and well maintained property with plenty of amenities for a relaxing time in. Drawbacks are no kureig, coffee filters or propane tank leaving those items useless to us.

We love the location of the cabins and the easy check in /check out process.

We have stayed at this particular cabin before and absolutely love it.

The cabin was cozy and well laid out! We enjoyed our 3 nights there and wish we could stay longer. I loved the hot tub and kitchen so I could make some meals. My husband loved the pool table and he said the couch was very comfortable as was the bed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was in a great location and the kids fell in love e with the pool table.

We loved the cabin and experience! I liked being secluded yet minutes away from all the attractions. I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds. Even had a bear stroll by our last morning!

Loved the location and privacy. Hot tub was great and cabin was very spacious. However, the water would only stay hot enough for one shower and the water in the bath tub upstairs was black - gross.

The cabin was awesome. This was our second stay here. The hot tub had been updated. The cabin was very clean. Loved everything about it! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Refrigerator was leaking but maintenance responses quickly. Also, we wished the fireplace worked over jacuzzi! But overall is was a great stay. Will definitely come back

We are very pleased with our stay at Eagle Ridge! The staff was so helpful from the reservation process to check out. We also appreciated the early check in as well, since we were travelling with an elderly Mother that made the process so much smoother. This was our first stay but will not be our last! We will return soon! Thanks again! Ps we loved the decorations for spring, that was such a nice touch!

Check-in and check-out very convenient. The cabin was all we could have asked for. Clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. We have stayed with Eagles Ridge several times and would definitely do so again when visiting Pigeon Forge,

Checking in and out was super easy. Staff was friendly and resolved our wi fi and garbage issue so quickly! We will definitely choose Eagles Ridge for our next trip.

The cabin was clean and private. It did need some updating and more detailed cleaning, but overall it was great. The large window was broken and the upstairs toilet had issues flushing.

Overall, very well! The cabin was nice minus some repairs that needed to resolved. We needed assistance, but no one answered the phone.

The cabin was really nice. Just enough room for the 3 of us. Kitchen could have used a mixing bowl. Couldn't get our game system to work on the tvs. Carpet was a little on the messed up side. But that was minor stuff. We played cards instead of playing his game. And used a cereal bowl to mix up pancakes. So overall was great and would stay again. Best hotter we've had in all of our previous stays. Thank you for the great mini vacation.

Have no complains check in was quick and easy. Clean room

Nice cabin smaller than thought. Not big enough for 8 people. Was dirty could write name on furniture. Party of 4 spent one night and headed back home after a 6 hour drive because of the dust caused severe allergy symptoms for the two 4 year olds. Pipes sound like they are coming through the walls went taking shower. No cable for 2 days which was a disappointment for other children. Overall this was my first time and everything else I enjoyed. Even the snow. Staff was great and plan on coming again but cleaner cabin.

Confusion on how to light fireplace, or use DVD player can be alleviated with instructions on refrigerator. Also, upper level is a sauna when downstairs is 69 degrees. Loved the cabin though!

Had a great family experience! the cabin worked out better for my family as far as privacy and accommodations. the price of the stay was equal to that of cramming into a motel room with less space and having a far better view and less traffic on the road. we had a great stay and will be using for our stays in the future.

Black Bear Hideaway is very nice cabin! Had everything we needed.. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom needs updated. It does not go with the rest of the cabin! But other than that nice place.

Clean and comfortable with easy access, called about garbage and was picked up within 10 minutes

Everything was fairly clean, we have plenty of extra towels. All Appliances were working . We have a trouble with the Hottub the second day of our vacay and maintanace arrived less than 40 min later after I place my call. The 2 things that were lil concern: microwave vent was dirty and one of the stove burners is crooked. Nothing crazy but fixable. Other than that, everything was great!

My family and I loved the black bear hideaway! Spacious, comfortable, and the hot tub was very relaxing! We can't wait to visit again my three kids didn't want to leave the cabin! We really loved it. The ladies at the front desk we're very helpful and got right on the call to maintenance to light the pilot light in the upstairs bedroom. Thanks for having us!

The only complaint that we have is that there was a critter in the attic at night. Possibly a squirrel or possum. It made a lot of noise at night, running around above the bedroom in the upstairs.

We have been staying at eagles ridge for awhile now and this was the first time we were not pleased with our cabin. Cabin could use a good cleaning. We love the location and the staff is always very friendly.

We loved all the detailing of the cabin and the atmospher surrounding it.
