ER247 - Legacy Lodge

It was a very relaxing vacation. We loved all the manatees. We were glad that the pool was open and used it a couple of the days of our stay. It was very nice. It was also nice to have a hot tub and a screened in porch we use that frequently also. Plus, it was close to a lot of different attractions.

Super easy to find and book what I was looking for very convenient check in and check out via text definitely will book a vacation with you guys in the future

we love eagles ridge. we had a wonderful time .housekeeping did a great job , when we entered 247 legacy lodge , we were amazed , there were towel swans on the beds ,and everything we needed for a great stay . thank you again.

The cabin was clean and very welcoming. It is located close enough to the attractions but secluded enough to unwind and enjoy nature.

Overall experience was excellent!! The cabin was absolutely beautiful!! We will definitely book with you guys again and recommend this rental to others!

This place was phenomenal! Very clean and the ac works very well, it really helped with the hot summer heat! Everything worked as it should have! Only complaint I have is not being able to stay longer! We will 100% be booking this cabin again in a couple months!

back at eagles ridge legacy lodge 247 decorated for xmas best cabin rental in the area. love the staff . our man that comes by every day to pick up our trash saw something stuck in one of the gutters and removed it for us , he went above and beyond and then asked if he could do anything else for us . +++++

We loved the furniture and decorations as well as the cabin itself. Loved all of the black bear accessories. Loved the comfie soft throws on the chairs. Beautiful quilts. Very tastefully decorations.

great time service was awesome . We had techs out for some work and they were great . Housekeeping did a great job , the home was spotless. Staff did a really nice job on our check in and check out . Cabin was decorated for fall. thank you so much for a great time.. Keep up the good work.

Overall great property. The jacuzzi jets downstairs didn't seem to work, and there was an exposed tack strip just inside the front door that our daughter stepped on. A raccoon got in the porch possibly through a ripped screen. Other than those details, very happy with the stay. Unit 247, Legacy Lodge.

Husband and I decided last min to come to pigeon forge and had a horrible time trying to find a cabin last minute for 2 nights. But finally Eagle Property came thru with the cutest cabin we’ve ever stayed at. It was cozy and romantic. They had everything u could think of you would need and the little things that you forgot to pack like a travel packet of laundry detergent, travel dish soap, and body soap. Of all the times we’ve stayed in pigeon forge, this trip was the best, and it was all bc of eagle property.

our stay was great as usual . the staff and house keeping are the best , clean and cozy with all we needed. 5 to 10 mins from parkway. the ice maker was broke and they had it fixed within the half hour ... WOW. hats off to whole staff .+++++

The property was great, the cabin comfortable and had everything we needed. We called guest services for the gas fireplace and they came out within the hour to fix it.

The cabin was wonderful. I had thought that we requested a handicapped accessible and that would have been even better, but we loved the cabin. Our only real gripe was finding the place after dark. Thankfully, Amy got ahold of a couple of fellows who took us right to the front porch. They were great guys and even made sure we understood how to work the lock. Thanks for a great time.

We loved our stay, the cabin was very roomy and hold me which made it great for the four of us. Loved the outside porch and chairs We have a few suggestions that could be put on a maintenance list to be addressed for future guests. 1. The dryer heats, but does not dry muc h at all. Perhaps it’s a clogged dryer vent and that should be checked. Disappointing to think that you can do some laundry when you can’t dry it effectively. 2. The large wall vent on the wall at the end of the dining room table was absolutely filthy. Should be cleaned. Probably dirty because it’s the end of the season. 3. The downstairs bedroom, floor was damp in places. Perhaps from the air conditioning use? Probably impossible to correct but a dehumidifier would help correct this. 4. We initially reserved through hotels.com and that listing said there was a pool table at this cabin and there was not a pool table there WHAT WE LOVED: 1. Reservation and ease of check-in was awesome. We loved that we could go directly to the cabin after being notified that the cabin was ready and we had a door code. We hope that you never change this. Again, cabin set up was very nice for two separate couples with a bedroom upstairs a bedroom downstairs, each having their own bathroom. We love the porch and chairs as the porch went around the cabin. Furniture in the living room area was very comfortable and we spent time there relaxing after a day of activities. The grill was clean easy to use.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable with great amenities. We had to call about a running toilet and maintenance responded immediately.

The cabin was very clean. It had everything we needed. The only thing was the lights were the hot tub is was not working.

We enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was nicely nestled in the woods and very few insects. The inside was clean and in good working condition. Loved the porches and hot tub. We would have appreciated a map to the cabin as the mountain road was very confusing. Would have liked a map of resort as well. I read the pool was 450' away but was not like 1/4 mile away. We did enjoy the pool. My only complaint was a bottle and some trash left on porch railing and around the steps. We did sweep by the steps. Overall we were happy

Needed maintenance. They were prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem.

Everything was so clean and the check in was easier than at first thought it would be.

The cabin was nice. It had everything. The only issue we had was the toilet seat in the 1/2 bath is broken. Also, I recommend an email sent out the day before checkout to list what needs to be done. I know the original email has checkout instructions but that email was sent 4 months in advance.

This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in at Eagles Resort! Loved the setting and everything else will definitely come back again!

Beautiful, quiet well kept place that we will visit again.

Everything was good but did not have any coffee in the unit and it was extra cold in the master/downstair bedroom.

The cabin was nestled in the beautiful mountains. It had a very homey feel to it. My only disappointment was the master bedroom upstairs had dust covering the walls. The wall paper was peeling off and the vents were full of dust and cobwebs. For someone with allergies this was not a good environment to sleep in. Also the toilet paper could have been a little thicker. My 10 year old commented on it.

We had a great time even in the cabin most of the time but the cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi. The living room TV was hard to see because of height and too close to sofa and the TV downstairs was.difficult to operate. The cabin met all our needs and was beautiful.
