The whole process was SMOOTH & EASY. Ladybugs were a problem. Ladybugs kept flying on my daughter's pancakes when she was trying to eat. The bed slept AMAZING!!! The pool table was a FAMILY FUN activity. The cabin was close to EVERYTHING that we wanted to do.

Stay was great. Cabin was clean. There is a woodpecker attacking the cabin (ER245). We recommend looking into the woodpecker damage.

Easy reservation process, easy check in and check out. We always have great cabins. We had an issue with our hot tub and someone came out immediately at night to fix the problem. Great service!

Process easy, questions answered, clear instructions but need up to date pictures of cabin. Trees need to be Trimmed around cabin to see out of windows. It was cozy.

Everything was great! The only thing we saw wrong with the cabin was peeling paint in the downstairs bathroom and the light in the hot tub didn't work.

We were disappointed to have a late check in but those situations can't be helped. I wasn't reminded of the last payment. I had put a reminder in my phone and then the process to make that payment wasn't accessible. I wonder what would have happened if I had not done that on my own. Would I have lost the reservation and my deposit?

Overall stay was pretty good, the cabin was much more spacious than expected, very clean and had everything we needed. The only I could possibly recommend is checking out the doorknobs through out the house. It was extremely easy to lock yourself in the bathroom and bedroom especially upstairs the doorknobs would twist and the door would not open had to call for help multiple times throughout the trip to have someone open the doors from the outside.

Everyone I had contact with on the phone with was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had is the cabin needed to be cleaner. During this time, something needed to be clean carefully. The stair rail inside the home, front door, and knob. After we wipe down and sanitized everything( that is normal for us to do), we enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice beautiful place and we had nice and friendly neighbors on the side of us. I enjoyed myself and is looking to plan a weekend with you all. Thank you all for being so nice and courteous. It is so hard to find great hospitality 🙂.

Everything was better than I expected. The pictures didn’t do the cabin justice. It was beautiful! It was clean. Check in and check out was easy. The only issue I really had was getting the address while in route. That was a little scary, but everything else was perfect.

We always enjoy our stays at this property. However, this time the garbage pickup wasn't as good as usual and the cabin's air wasn't good in the heat of the day. There weren't many air vents in the cabin. I think that's why it would get hot during the day. But we also know you have no control over that. We loved the cabin though and we will be back again as soon as possible.

Was a very beautiful home and cozy place to relax. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans etc loved the seasonal themed dishes and mugs. Only thing to improve was there was no extra toilet paper only one roll in each bathroom and no backup roll. If you want to be able to sleep 10 needs to have tp backup

Only problem I seen was that you charge me a cleaning fee. Cabin need major cleaning. There was dust. Hand rails we cover in deep dirt that had not been clean in a long time. Upset you charge me that fee when I had to clean
