The cabin was very nice. The eyes on the stove were not plugged in when we arrived and one of the eyes never worked. We had to make 2 other service calls for repairs . The staff sent someone out promptly and the repairs were taken care of. The staff were very nice.

Had trouble getting into the cabin. Our code didn’t work. Called the office, was issued a new code that got us into the cabin. We called to see if trash could be picked up. They did that while we were gone. We had an alert in the key pad that the battery was running out. They sent someone out to replace within 30 minutes. Great service from the company. We had no complaints. Will stay again.

Very pleased with accommodation, clean lots of cooking pots. Jets didn't work in hot tubs. Had problem with Wi-Fi, called and was there in a few minutes. Would stay again

I have always liked staying at ER. Some of the tile in the kitchen was coming up. There needs to be more garbage cans or bigger cans on the outside of the cabin.

Everything was great- our only issue was there is only 1 garbage can outside for trash and it wasn't bear proof-we had a bear visit us Saturday night who enjoyed all the garbage we had in the can. Otherwise this cabin was great!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of the cabin. The only negatives are that the porch did not have a screen as described and a mixing bowl was dirty. I just cleaned the bowl and we had to make sure no children were on the unscreened porch without an adult. All in all though it was a great trip and the house was big enough to accomadate all of us. I was glad I brought wash clothes from home, otherwise we would have run out before we could wash more. Will definitely consider renting it again.

The process of reserving was very easy and smooth. Once we arrived at the cabin, we noticed the following - the floors were very dirty, the children were walking around in their socks and they were black. Some maintenance items were needed - a couple of the toilet seats were loose, the stove burners were not flat, corner cabinet in the kitchen did not close, tile broken in kitchen, the outside trash can was not large enough to hold a week's worth of trash and the animals were getting into it. Thank you

Cabin was wonderful, my only recommendation is for a cabin of that size; need more than one trash can, we had to leave 4 bags on the porch uncovered, need 2 or 3 of those cans unless someone comes to empty; lastly, there were lots of arm bands on the counter, no one told us what for, was there a pool we, missed?

Having rented cabins from numerous other rental companies over the last ten years, Eagles Ridge was, by far, the most accommodating company to work with. We had families coming in from different areas and Eagles Ridge (unlike other companies) immediately allowed the first family to arrive the ability to check-in (with the confirmation #, of course) and did not make them wait hours unti the rest of the families arrived. In addition, their maintenance people always came in a reasonable amount of time when called (for trash pick-up, internet connectivity issue, tv remote batteries, etc). Fanstasic customer service!

It was a nice cabin. We especially liked having king beds in almost every room. The only disappointments were that there were no rockers on the side of the house with a view. We ended up sitting in rocking chairs facing our cars—not as nice-lol. Also, the hot tub jets hardly worked at all. Overall, it was a nice cabin though and very clean (one reason why we like Eaglesridge). We will return!
