This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautiful log home will efficiently sleep a total of eight. With a king-sized bed in the master, two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom, as well as a  sofa  and recliner located in the living room, you are sure to comfortably fit the whole family. You will enjoy excellent amenities, such as a private bedside Jacuzzi, a toasty outdoor hot tub, and even a pool table found downstairs in the game room. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and dining area by treating the gang to a tasty "home cooked" meal. Our resort area swimming pool and clubhouse are easily located in the center of the resort. All of downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg's great attractions are just a short car ride away.

I was very pleased with the customer service. When we arrived, our key code didn’t work . After calling the office, we had help within a few minutes. The cabin was very nice and was just as described online. We didn’t have our arm bands for the indoor pool like the arrival text had said we would, but that is the only negative I could give.

Very friendly staff,answered any questions we had.Minor issue with the commode .Staff was there within 15 minutes.The hot tub was ready and clean upon our arrival, The cabin was clean and affordable,very easy to get to, and only 2 miles from town. The only improvement I would suggest would be to add a love seat in the living room .We only had 3 people and our cabin slept 8.The only seating there that was comfortable was a couch. We did have dining chairs and bar stools.

It was great but we never could get the tv in the upstairs bedroom to come on. Also, there was black specks all over our pillows. We would shake them off and in a little while they would be back. Absolutely no idea what it was. I did take a picture if there is somewhere I could send that.

The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for, all the amenities worked out perfectly for our family plans. The bonus was that the pool was still open, even though it was after Labor Day! That was a huge benefit that was very much appreciated. We needed to call for assistance once, and the maintenance man (Daniel) was working on the issues within 30 minutes. We were really impressed with the attention that was given to our needs and will definitely book again if the opportunity arises.

Overall the experience was good. This time we just had a few issues with our cabin (#314). The description listed 2 queen beds and 1 King but those were not queen beds. They were full beds. Also we had issues with the TV and the remote.

Beautiful and clean cabin. Awesome views from the top of the hill. Only negative is that this cabin did not come with Wi-fi and regular phone service was poor in this area. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Hot tub was amazing and the porch and patio felt secluded and quiet I would strongly recommend having Wi-Fi added to 314 and also including more kitchen items such as measuring cups, dish towels and cookie sheets.

Cabin was very nice, not difficult to get to. We loved the pool table and hot tub! Cabin offered everything we needed and then some. My only complaint was it was pretty dark in the cabin, a few of the lightbulbs were burned out. Other than that, no complaints!

Angela, who assisted me with our reservations is the BEST! She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely book our next stay through Angela. Our stay was great, however there are a couple of things that we would recommend. The kids missed having WIFI....adding that would be a huge plus. The kitchen supplies were minimal. There needs to be more silverware and serving dishes. The swimming pool water was too cold for us as well as most of the guests that we met there. The cabin was very clean and comfortable for all 8 guests in our party. We needed maintenance one time for the hot tub and they were there within 15 minutes. We really enjoyed the surprise of waking up to find a bear lying on the porch one morning! We are looking forward to our next stay with Eagle's Resort!
