Stay was great. Easy access to Dollywood and the other attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Serenity Summit is just lovely. We enjoyed the cabin and hot tub.

We loved the cozy decor of the cabin and it was super clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

The accommodations were great. We woke up to very little to no hot water on Tuesday morning, but a maintenance man came and immediately assessed the situation, and we had a new hot water heater installed before we returned to the cabin that evening.

I love how quiet and peaceful it is there. My first cabin stay and it did not disappoint.

Nice and quiet. Hottub was a bonis. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had called to have the heat turned on and with in 20 minutes maintenance came to turn the furnace on. Service was very good.

We had everything we needed. Although the cleaning needs a little work we had spider webs In the shower. Also newer and more comfortable furniture would be great.

The website had a stay 3 get the 4th night free. The coupon code either didn’t load properly or was malfunctioning somehow and we didn’t get the reduction applied to our total bill. I sent an email so I hope that management can take a look and provide the credit in arrears. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay the cabin was well cleaned and decorated very charmingly we will be adding this place to our lodgings list when we travel the area.

Would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were no connections to watch tv, also when I tried to wash a load of clothes I turned the washer on and water started pouring out from underneath the washer. Thankfully we had relatives staying at a cabin close by so we used theirs. Perhaps a dim light near the stairs would be helpful when getting up in the middle of the night. Overall the Cabin was very nice.

Went above and beyond after a "small" booking mistake was made by Bluegreen Vacations with the listed accomadations and what we actually got.

Everything we needed was available during our stay! The cabin was clean and inviting! Check-in and check-out was very easy. And we were able to go where we needed to easily from that site. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood checking out the other cabins. Everyone we talked to were so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for a very relaxing, comfortable stay!!

Reservations and check-in/check-out was quick and simple. Well supplied with towels and basic necessities. Awesome location. Great bed and loved the fireplace. Needs some TLC, internet was out most of the time, need to change out fire extinguishers they are in the red.

Pillows on the bed need replaced but other than that all was great

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to the Smokey Mountain area. We called and Angela was very helpful by giving us a cabin that came available as there was a last minute cancellation. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the weekend. Some lamps, and electrical plugs did not work. But we were not there for the lamps!! We just wanted to get away. The stay was quite enjoyable! Everything and everyone was amazing and went above and beyond. The guest that were beside us however were rude, and would stay up making noise up till2 and 3 am by slamming doors I want to say they were in the treehouse cabin, not sure if anyone else could hear them or not but other than that it was great.

This was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was so nice. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely stay here in the future. Only thing I would like to see different would be to have wifi in the cabin.

The cabin was good. We had some issues with the lighting. Half the lightbulbs in the cabin were burnt out or the wrong wattage to be able to see properly. Also some directions on how to use the TV would have been helpful.

The cabin was awesome. There just needs to be a ceiling fan above the master bed upstairs it was hot up there.

Accommodations were great, very clean, loved the hot tub. We plan to come back.

Overall nice cabin. Bathroom is a little small. Location is great.

Check in/out process is great. Cabin was older and needed more plugs, possibly a hair dryer. Only saw a few dead bugs. Overall very clean and satisfactory. Kitchen well furnished. Very dark inside cabin. Bathroom and shower were very small.
