Overall we loved our visit at Robyn's Nest! We just wanted you to know that the faucet in the right bathroom if facing the front was loose. The handles were attached but the faucet spout is not attached or caulked which could allow water to flow through the hole in the sink top.

Great location to all the attractions related to the smokeys. The only issue I had it seemed the log cabin we had #79 renovations weren't complete, the master shower didn't have place to hold the soap.

We won’t stay anywhere except with Eagles Ridge Resort when we come to visit the Smokies! As usual, our cabin was very clean, comfortable, and didn’t have any issues. Excellent customer service

The guest relations personnel were outstanding. The directions to the cabin 79 were incorrect; you do not turn onto Eagle Ridge, you continue straight on the original road, the name of which I cannot recall. It was very inconvenient using your incorrect directions, arriving at night in the middle of a snow storm warning. The cabin was charming, but did not appear to be a quality build.

Everything was Wonderful! Cabin was clean & perfect! Loved the area it was located in! Pool was nice! The only thing, there was no remote for dvd player so couldnt watch our dvds, but other then that, I very happy & pleased with, cabin & our experience!! Thank you!!!

Directions on how to use the hot tub would have been helpful. The cabin was very nice. There were a few items in disrepair and it would have been nice to acknowledge those items so we didn't feel responsible.

Everything was very clean! Check in process was slightly delayed but otherwise it all went well. However, one big problem was the WiFi router. It is an older model TP Link that constantly locked up and failed to provide signal. A simple Amazon order for a newer model would solve this issue for around $60.

Nice, We enjoyed our stay. However, we had some issues that I would like to discuss, such as the washing machine broke, the jacuzzi didn’t heat up to the expected temperature, the lamp in our daughters room didn’t work, several light bulbs were out. The pool wasn’t as clean as it should have been, especially with COVID. A skunk was under the porch & getting into the trash. The garbage disposal didn’t work. I would like to have some sort of compensation for these issues. We really love Eagles Ridge & Amy was wonderful! I had to call dispatch due to the washer & Amy was awesome! She took our laundry, washed & folded it & brought it back to us. Amy deserves a bonus & you are very fortunate to have her on your team! However, the other issues were a bit disturbing & I hope we Eagles Ridge will compensate in some reasonable form. Thank you

The stay was nice. The contactless check-in and check-out went well. We enjoyed the cabin and the view from the porch. Some things of note--there was a washcloth in the toilet when we arrived, and we could not figure out how it could have accidentally got in there, and we had to fish it out. There was a large, obvious spill splatter on the floor by the dishwasher that was not cleaned, and there were lots of crumbs and food (potato chips, etc.) under both the couch and the loveseat. We found a sock under the dresser and an empty bottle behind the nightstand. With a toddler that's into EVERYTHING and the current pandemic, these cleanliness issues concerned us and made us wonder what else needed cleaning that we couldn't see. There were no potholders that we could find, which made cooking difficult. The unit advertises patio seating for four, while only having one tiny seat available. This stay was a bit disappointing as compared to some of our previous stays. We still really enjoyed our time!
