Due to a busted water heater in the large cabin we were supposed to stay in, your crew had to change our accommodations at the last minute on a weekend that there was a large convention in the area and all the large cabins were booked. Adam graciously searched and found two smaller cabins that were very close together and that would still have a large enough open area for all 4 generations to be able to spend time and bond together while we made new relationships (3 new/1 pending adoptions in one family and a newborn in another) and memories to last us forever. We have stayed with your company many times in the past, and employees like Adam and the excellent customer service and quality cabins are the reason.

Cabin was super cozy, neat and very clean. Our first visit and we were very happy. We loved the environment and overall felt it was a great place to stay, much better than a hotel. Our kids didn’t want to go out but just wanted to hang in the cabin. We were extremely impressed and can’t wait to come back again in the future!

Gps found the cabin without issue. Easy check-in process and door code entry. House was clean and comfortable, we loved the hot tub, great little fireplace. It was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary.

we loved our stay! we were very pleased with our cabin. it was clean, cozy, and exactly what i was hoping for! I especially loved the fireplace, my husband and kids enjoyed the hot tub, and the huge jacuzzi in the master bedroom was the cherry on top! the staff at check in were very kind and even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything. on a side note, i was thrilled to find that laundry detergent was provided so i didn't have to go home with a bunch of dirty laundry! we will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend them!

The cabin was great and everyone I talked with was very helpful and friendly. I wish there had been some instructions on the hot tube. The blender in our cabin did not work either. Would definitely consider staying with Eagle Ridge again. We liked the location in regards to everything else. Also a booklet of area attractions would have been nice. We also liked having the discount card. Thanks for a great week.
