This awesome four level cabin has NEW owners and with that came updates! Inside this 6 bedroom and 5 updated bathroom with brand new toilets,bathroom vanities and new faucets . On the top level you will find a handsome King master suite with private bath and oversized Jacuzzi.  Continue to the main floor with newly installed floors throughout this level and 2 newly installed windows that provide ample natural light. On this floor the living room area has brand new leather sleeper sofa and a brand new 65" TV! Get creative with your cooking skills in the restocked kitchen with granite countertops or try out the gas grill located on the front porch!  The dining room offers eight-chair dining right off of the kitchen and if that isn't enough space, enjoy room at the kitchen bar.  Also on the main is a updated hallway bath as well as a Queen room and Double Queen Bunkroom.  Making your way to the 3rd level you'll find a King On-Suite with private bath, another King On-Suite with private bath and a Queen On-Suite with private bath.  This level also includes a sitting area with leather sleep sofa and TV. 

One more floor brings you to the Game Room and Media Room! On this floor you'll find a pool table, BRAND NEW poker table, wet bar and full bathroom.  The Media room has 2 leather sleeper sofa and 75" TV and table for games.  This log home would make the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway for a large group or family reunion.

We had a wonderful stay- cabin 250 (101?) had everything we needed, very well equipped. We appreciated all the pull out couch beds, all the extra blankets and bedding. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the screened in porches on the different levels of the cabin. The game room was great for the kids to have their own space to hang out and play. We loved the location and the proximity to Dollywood and the other attractions while still feeling private and removed from the busyness.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was difficult getting five vehicles in the parking space. Cabin slept 18, kitchen was well stocked but a little cramped when cooking for 18. The washer and dryer being on bottom level was not efficient when washing and drying for 18. Having to wash bath towels and wash clothes daily. Dryer did not dry well, took 2 hours to dry 5 bath towels. Cabin was pet friendly (thank you) but there was very little grassy area to walk dogs. I originally booked through VBRO, but should have went directly with Eagle Properties. Will definitely book with Eagle Properties next year.

This was a 6 couples trip. We stayed in ER101 cabin and it was great. BEAUTIFUL CABIN!! We could have had 3 more couples and still had room. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. This is my a complaint but a suggestion. On the Game room floor it would be nice if there was a coffee maker down there. We took the one from upstairs down but that is a very inexpensive fix that would be a lot more convenient to the guest. Also 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. If you have a cabin full of guest you would have to make coffee repeatedly with just the 1 maker. Thank you for sharing the cabin with us. We plan to return in the late spring.

Second time staying in an ER cabin & everything was great! Only complaint I have is that when I called to ask if the cabin we rented would be decorated for Christmas I was told if would be, but it was not. I know not everyone celebrates Christmas & decorating all those cabins would be costly so maybe create an option that your customer could pay an extra little fee to have the cabin decorated if they want. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great!

The cabin was clean and very nice. I received text each day, letting me know if i needed anything to call. I called one time while we were out for dinner to see if someone could come light the pilot light for the fireplace and it was done before we returned. Loved the cabin and the customer service!

We absolutely loved our stay (Heavenly Hideaway, ER 101). We searched high and low for a cabin that would allow our 3 dogs, which also had enough room for our wedding party (we were there for our destination wedding, and our dogs were in the ceremony). There were some small repairs that are needed, but like any homeowner, I know that those fall by the wayside very easily (and aren't a dealbreaker in my opinion). When I had questions regarding amenities, the staff was helpful and thorough. When I called to checkout and had left something inside after the door code had been disabled, Carly was incredible! She got me a new code and I was able to get our things out in just a few minutes.

Very nice and very clean cabin. Exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Only one suggestion. Would like to see more stock of trash bags and toilet paper. Came a long way and car was packed. Fifteen people with 5 partial rolls of tp. Ran out on day 2. No room for these items. Had to buy our own and then no way to bring the extras back. Overall loved the cabin and had a great time.

The property was fantastic! Very clean and could accommodate our large group. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps giving guests at least bare minimum kitchen supplies like salt and pepper, and more serving dishes given how many guests stay at the property at any one time. Otherwise we were very pleased with the property!

Found the cabin as described. Need more washcloths in each bathroom. It would be nice to have a coat rack just inside the front door. As a group of 12 we enjoyed our stay & hope to be back.

Very clean and very roomy. Very relaxing and a great place for your whole family. The few things that wasn’t up to part: Tv’s- some work and some didn’t work. Pool- Wasn’t clean up to COVID-19 standards Trash- Trash and linens from the previous guest was left in front of cabin the day of arrival ( We didn’t arrive till 6pm and was notified 3hrs earlier cabin was clean and ready).

This cabin was great. When my family arrived. It was clean and smelled clean. It was just as it was pictured. The check-in process was awesome. We were checked on during our stay. When we called maintenance for help with the hot tub, he was there within minutes. We enjoyed our stay!!! This was our 3rd stay and we'll be back!!!!!

ER-101 is a beautiful cabin, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The game room was great! I loved everything about the cabin, with the exception of the internet. The WIFI kept going in and out. The pool was a hit, the kids had a good time. It felt like home away from home. Great customer service when I called or needed something. I also liked the remote check-in and keyless entry. Great location to all of the attractions.

the cabin was great, very spacious for our group of 18. just to let you know, there appears to be a slow leak in the upstairs shower. we noticed some dripping and there was also some evidence of water damage in the wood in the kitchen below, so it appears to have been happening for a while (this is not a complaint, just to let you know.) my only complaint would be that they only picked up the trash once during our stay so there was a lot of trash by the end. the people who picked it up said they come by every day but they never came back. don't know if there was something we were supposed to do different or not. overall we had a great time and i think everyone will probably want to come back again next year.

Staff at the officeswas great, as well as the man who checks the pool, but the cabin itself needs a good deep cleaning. There was dust and cob webs everywhere, and all the carpet on all levels was very outdated, worn and filthy. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot. The couches and chairs were all worn badly as well. The King bed in the loft needs replacing, there is a hump in the middle and both my husband and I were slanting to the left and right. Please forward this to the cabin owners, as they need to know this.

We absolutely love staying with Eagle's Ridge. Their staff is so friendly and welcoming, it starts with the phone call to book your cabin. This past week was the only problem we've ever had, but it was quickly taken care of. Our first cabin had an AC problem, we came in from our morning out and it was very warm. I called and spoke with Michelle. She sent our service tech, he arrived within 1 hour if speaking with Michelle, he checked the unit and said the cabin just needed a larger AC unit. We called Michelle back and within 6 hours of the very first phone call, she had us in a different cabin. We had 8 in our party and were originally in a 3 bedroom, she put us in a much larger 6 bedroom. This unit, ER101 was amazing!! We even decided to stay one extra night, so I called and got Michelle again. She gave us the extra night for a fraction of the original cost. She even asked us about the new cabin and to make sure that we were satisfied and asked if there was anything she could do to make our stay more pleasant. I'm telling you, they go above and beyond the normal service! We come up several times a year and stay with ER. Love them! We will continue to use them!
