We enjoyed our stay. Everything was good. Only reason I didn’t give an excellent is because we needed more garbage bags and filled up the garbage cans out side. We liked the set up of the cabin and had a good time spending time together at the cabin!

Absolutely fantastic! Excellent customer service. Only problem I had was trying to secure trash lids from the raccoons.

Very good. Nice, clean, and comfortable cabin. Housekeeping did a good job making the place near spotless. The local black bear(s) caused quite an issue with dragging garbage cans from our’s and various neighbor’s cabins behind our cabin and down into the woods. We picked up 3-4 bags worth of garbage behind the cabin, but another 4-6 bags are strewn into the woods and down a steep slope. We told housekeeping about it. We also brought our garbage cans into the cabin after the first night.

First time staying in a cabin. It’s not the one we first agreed on due to renovations but we was put in a beautiful cabin. This was our first family vacation ever, you made it more wonderful for us!! Thank you so much!!

Everything was good. The 3 maintenance issues were resolved satisfactorily enough to enjoy the stay.

Your maintenance guys are very good. We had a hot tub problem and grill problem but both of the issues were addressed very quickly.

My family stays with you all each time we come into town ! Cabins are amazing!

My only complaint is the noise outside my bedroom window (raccoons)

We Loved the cabin, but the internet was almost non existant, it was bad!!!

The cabin was nice, and it was clean. Info needed on how to activate showers and trash pickup. Wifi spotty.

The cabin was amazing the only thing was the showers downstairs and the one one the main level did not work the hot tub upstairs when the person got out the water came thru the floors the hot tub out side was hot fri sat cold Sunday and hot Monday other than that it was an awesome time

We had a wonderful mini vacation here. Our cabin was very nice and accommodated all of our party comfortably. The video game did not work and the gentleman that came helped us get our internet working was very nice and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was awesome! The only thing that needs to be improved is the internet service. We had no internet until an employee brought over a mobile hotspot unit and even after the mobile hotspot unit was brought, we only had internet on the main floor of the house. If you connected to the mobile hotspot unit and went to the top/bottom floor, the internet went back out, which defeated the entire purpose of even having a mobile hotspot unit. Very inconvenient! Other than that, everything else was great!

Very friendly staff! They were a pleasure to talk to. I loved that y’all called the next day to see if everything was okay. We will definitely use y’all next year for our Family Christmas!

Everything was great but more trash bags would have been nice.

Cabin was clean, carpets were stained and need to be replaced. Sufficiently stocked except could have used a few more dish towels, cloths for 18 people. Comfortable and spacious.
