ER64, Heavenly Peace, is a charming two-level log cabin offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms nestled in a log cabin community with swimming pool privileges.  This spacious cabin is within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  


As you enter the main level, the cozy living room invites you to come in, sit back, and relax in front of the stacked stone gas fireplace offering a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, glider rocker, TV, Blu Ray DVD Player ceiling fan and wood flooring.  There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room combo that offers seating for 4.  A spacious Queen bedroom with a TV, and wood flooring.  A comfortable Queen bedroom is on this level with a TV, Chair and access to the deck/hot tub area.  There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is accessible in the hall.  A laundry room closet that houses a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. 


On to the upper level where you find a luxurious King bedroom, TV, bedside Jacuzzi, Queen Sleeper Sofa, ceiling fan, and flooring.  There is a private full bathroom on this level with a glass enclosed standup shower only with tile flooring.


The covered front deck on the main level offers visitors a place to enjoy nature at its finest with a wooden swing, 2 wooden rockers and a small table.  The covered back deck on the main level offers a covered screened hot tub to relax in or even do a little birdwatching.  Guests will love sitting in the rockers or soaking in the hot tub after a long day of activities!  Don’t forget your laptop, this cabin offers WIRELESS INTERNET access!  This is a nonsmoking cabin with smoking accommodations on the decks.  This cabin is a NONSMOKING CABIN and DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.  With all the luxuries for your home away from home, ER64, Heavenly Peace, is perfect for couples or small families to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!

Cabin was clean, check in and check out was smooth and easy. Overall experience was great. The ironing bored was rusted and broken, probably needs replacing. We would stay there again.

We enjoy staying at Eagles Ridge and do multiple times a year. We always recommend people stay here as well. This year was enjoyable as always except the lock on our door quit working. A repair man came out and put on a new lock. He was very nice and the issue was fixed. We did miss one night of our plans to stay there and get it fixed but was pleased with his service.

Cabin was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The area is quiet and secluded, but very close to Pigeon Forge. My sister and I got lost trying to get to the cabin and called Eagles Ridge after hours. The staff was very prompt in calling back and leading us on the right path. Would definitely stay with Eagles Ridge again.

There were bulbs blown in ceiling fan upstairs so only had lamps and bulb blown in kitchen lighting. Could not find stopper for kitchen sink. Was going to clean out lint filter on dryer but none of us ever found where it was. Maybe was just us but might have something letting guest know where it it. We checked inside dryer, top, underneath never found it. Other than some minor things like this we had nice stay. We would like sometimes to have mountain view but not sure if you have cabins further out or further up in mountains.

Cabin was clean. Needed more dishes and towels. The non stick pan was not usable due to warping. Had difficulty with the internet speed not being sufficient for TV Maintenance did a good job responding to concerns.

i am a owner at eagles ridge. realized when i arrived that i had not brought my owners closet key. requested help from maint. dept they came to the rescue and got it open for me. he left and in about 30 minutes he knocked on my door and handed me a new key. that is number 1 service. that is why eagles ridge handles our rental for 12 years

In a cabin that sleeps 8, there should be backup toilet paper. We only had 4 people and ran out in one bathroom and very low in the other. Usually there is some under the sink, but not this time.

Very responsive team - phone & E-support; maintenance team. Wonderful experiences. Minor stuff -- no coffee filters; some burnt out light bulbs; some lamps with no place to plug in; hot tub was crazy hot (needed repair). These are barely blips and your team was helpful. The fact is, everyone helped and responded quickly. The place is well maintained and warmly decorated. Great shape. Clean. Loved it. A little trouble with online reservations -- promo code wasn't taken. It took a few steps to get that corrected with team support. We were very happy. Just sharing these notes since you asked.

The location was great. The cabin was immaculate and the area was very quiet. The only negatives were the wifi being slow (we had to tether to our cell phones to get connected), and that the bathrooms were very tight.
