ER82, Heaven’s Blessing, is a beautifully decorated one level log cabin in a resort setting with swimming pool privileges nestled in a natural wooded setting offering guests 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Jacuzzi, and Hot Tub offering wooded views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!  As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, easy chair, TV, DVD Player, double sided gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and wood flooring.  There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room combo that has a Keurig maker (Pods not included) and a regular coffee maker, table for 4, and wood flooring.  A spacious master bedroom houses a luxurious King bed, double sided gas fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, and wood flooring.  A full bathroom with entry from the bedroom and the hallway is offered with a Jacuzzi, Stand Up Shower Only, stacked washer/dryer, and wood flooring.

Our cabin was wonderful, if I could change anything it would be the shower being so small. Everything else about it was great. The location, and especially how clean it was made our stay wonderful!

We were very pleased with our cabin. It had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fireplace. We never had a need to contact the resort except to ask about a shuttle or taxi. We have no complaints on our stay. I personally would have liked to have been able to move the rocking chairs but I understand your reason for the cables. If we ever get a chance to go to Pigeon Forge again we definitely would stay at your resort. Thank you.

Hot tub was an unexpected bonus, especially as hot water in bathtub ran out before it got to the level of the jets. Bed and pillows especially were nice. Salt and pepper would have been nice; on the west coast, that's a "given" as is first morning of coffee. Last of all, the wine bottle opener broke, so we left it in the windowsill for the cleaning staff to see. I'm guessing the cabin owners might not enjoy some wine on occasion, as we do, as the bottle opener was not of good quality. Overall, it was very nice, but I would request salt and pepper be stocked.

Staff is amazing. The only complaints we have is that, the cabin had a tiny shower. Also we wanted to stay the third night but were told that we would have to have done that at the original reservation.

There was absolutely nothing to even begin to complain about. Everything was clean, and ready. A Webber gas grill that worked. A jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. There was also a washer and dryer, at no extra charge. Now here is the thing the throws it over the top. When we got to the cabin the HOT TUB was at 100 and ready to relieve my aching bones. If you ever have the chance DO IT.

Great stay. Loved the cabin. However, my only feedback was that housekeeping wasn't quite on top of things for turnover. At check in the internet didn't work, a main overhead light was out in the bathroom, and there wasn't any extra blankets. Several people i spoke to said there should be extra blankets but there was not. Only the one on the bed. I did call and you all did great responding to fix the problem. Just seems like there would be a checklist to go over when turning over a cabin to make sure the new guest doesn't have to call to get this taken care of. Again not being critical. I loved Eagles Ridge and will def stay again, just use this feedback as a recommendation.

This was a last minute decision to come up to relax and watch some football. The online booking process was quick and easy, the ladies at check-in were very knowledgeable and the process was very efficient. Directions to the cabin were good. Overall the cabin was nice. There were only one item that would have made my experience better and resulted in a 5 star rating. The main television for the cabin was an old school 25 inch standard set. I realize this is probably picky but I couldn't tell this from the cabin description or pictures and the fact I was primarily looking to stay in the cabin and watch football this was a big enough deal that I actually went to Walmart and purchased a larger TV. I realize if folks do not plan to spend lots of time in the cabin this isn't a huge deal, but it was in my case. I would think this improvement would be beneficial and should not be that expensive. Another item that I didn't count against my rating that I would think would almost be a standard in today's connected world is there was no wi-fi. I was aware of it based on it not being listed and based on someone else that stayed in the area telling me cell coverage was good I wasn't as concerned. My Verizon cell service was good just very slow, I'm sure due to the crowds and potentially some lingering tower damage due to the fires. The comments above were my observations and the only recommendations I would have that could improve this particular cabin, #82, The Wolves Den, I enjoy my stay and will look to book through Eagle Resorts again in the future when looking for a cabin in the pigeon forge area.
