The second bedroom on the lower level offers guests a King Bed, flat screen TV, Bench, beside Jacuzzi, and a private full bathroom. The third and fourth bedroom on the upper level offers guests a King Bed, flat screen TV, and access to private full bathrooms. The game room offers guests a pool table, queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, flat screen TV, DVD, and gas fireplace for enjoying a game of pool or relaxing in the cozy seating around the fireplace and enjoying a movie on the TV. The reservation process was super easy. Check in and out was easy too. The cabin was ok. It definitely needs updating and a good cleaning. The sheets DEFINITELY need to be updated. We would not stay there again.

We enjoyed the stay but was disappointed with the following: broken glass was laying in front of the front door when we arrived, downstairs bathroom floor was not clean, the handrails were not cleaned (we wiped them down ourselves), the shower heads need to be replaced. The things we liked were the location of the house, the new carpet downstairs, and the response we received when we reported that the downstairs AC was not working. It was fixed the same day and was really appreciated!

We enjoyed the cabin, however, there were a few things that we noticed. The faucet on the kitchen sink leaks. The dishwasher soap holder is broken. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom to the right of the kitchen do not work. The remote control of the TV in the bedroom to the left of the kitchen did not work. Also, we called on Saturday and asked for a garbage pickup as we did not want to overflow the outside trash can. I gave my name, cabin name and contact number. No one ever came to empty the garbage so when we left it was over flowing . The cabin is pretty nice but it would be great to get those few things fixed and be more responsive to guest requests.

All of your staff was very friendly from the office worker to the maintain men. They were quick to respond to the issues we had with the cabin (even through they were not big issues). They helped me get tickets to Dollywood and answered every question I had. They were awesome.

The office staff is amazing. The cabin was very clean. We are very pleased with our stay. We stay several times a year, with different family members and always stay with Eagles Ridge. This trip was with my mother in law who has mobility issues. This cabin works really well for her.

Pros: Nice size cabin. Great location near grocery, entertainment, etc. Liked all the TVs and DVD players. Didnt use them but liked having a washer and dryer. Loved the top front porch with swing and chairs! Cons: Rugs were filthy looking. Lighting was very bad, especially in the kitchen. Some of the oven burners didnt work. Toilet in room at top of stairs didnt flush correctly. No manual for hot tub so we had problems getting it warm enough. Blinds downstairs were torn. Cant believe there were no hair dryers!!!

overall the experience was great. Would say the only things that could have been better, the pillows are not comfortable at all . it was like not having one and would have liked more of them to compensate. and the cleaning crew may want to pay attention to tops of fans and fridge. lots of dust. Overall the process and the experience was great.
