Maintance came quickly when we called about a burnt out light & the ice maker not working. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all while we were there. The decor was nice, only complaint was the bedspread/quilt on the bed in the BR upstairs (with out jetted tub) was very faded & old looking.

Cabin size in the pictures compared to the actual size was a bit off. Actual size seemed smaller but it was sufficient. We found out near the end of our stay the hot tub didn't heat up, but since it was the day before we left we never bothered the staff about it. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I always enhoy my stay in Eagles Ridge Properties. This new check in process took some getting use to . I could not get the Wifi password given to be recognized.

Cabin was great and wonderful location. Only issue we had was floors were not mopped beforehand. Also railings up the stairs were very dirty when I used a clorox wipe on them. I would also recommend updating stove and cookware. Overall very pleased and definitely would stay again.

All employees I had contact with did a outstanding job. After the snow the maintenance men salted our ramp and even helped carry the groceries in. Would be nice to have express check in, maybe in the future.

We’ve been staying in Eagles Ridge Resort cabins for 22 years and every single stay has been great. This was the first time we’ve needed a handicap cabin (Sweet Serenity #11) and was surprised there were no grab bars in the bathroom and shower. My dad almost fell twice getting out of the shower because there was nothing to hold onto. I missed having a swing on the lower front porch. I liked that this cabin had the vinyl flooring downstairs, and the new carpet upstairs was nice. Also liked the updated furniture in the living room.

Cabin was very nice the dryer was horrible. Nothing would dry and you had to do 50 min at least 3x

Little disapointed in kitchen stocking, but great overall stay. Needed pitcher and strainer. Love this cabin because no steps. Great response when we called for garbage pickup. Thank you.
