Very pleased with our cabin. Everything was clean and homey. The kids couldn't get over how spacious the cabin was. They really enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware everything needed to make a full course meal. We even had a dishwasher which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a problem with tiny ants on the kitchen counter just the day before we left.

We have sweet memories of Sweet Memories # 258. We were three generations (8 adults and six children) celebrating grandma and grandpa’s retirement and 40th wedding anniversary. The cabin was perfect; 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on three floors. Main floor has two bedrooms and two baths with showers, kitchen with 3 chairs at counter, two dining areas, a living room, plus a sitting room which is on one end of one of the dining rooms. This room also has a pull-out couch and TV. Upper level is a spacious master bedroom (king bed) with jacuzzi tub in bedroom and bathroom with two sinks and shower. Lower level has two bedrooms with bathrooms in each room with shower/tub combo. The game room has a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, TV, and a pull-out couch. The large front porch offers lots of space/seating for morning coffee and late night conversation. The cabin was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that even when sitting outside in hot, muggy weather, there were no bugs. The first night we had a problem with the hot tub and someone in our party (a firefighter:/EMT) noticed that the smoke detector needed new batteries. We called and help arrived and problems were resolved promptly. Location is perfect—grocery stores are a few minutes away and you don’t have to go to the Parkway to get to them. Dollywood, Dollywood Splash, and Dixie Stampede are all within 15 minutes of the cabin I didn’t know that you need to call to schedule garbage pick- up, but once I figured this out, they come quickly after calling. Funny thing, you call to let them know when you are departing so they can schedule cleaning for next guests — cleaning crew arrived before I got out to the car! I would (and hope to do so) return in a heartbeat.

The cabin Sweet Memories was a beautiful and well maintained cabin. We called maintenance twice, and they were there within minutes and fixed our problems. Wish all cabins were as nice as this one! Hope to rent this cabin again this fall.

Everything about the cabin was wonderful! The garbage pickup was fantastic! All we had to do was call and he was there soon. He even asked one day while driving By if we needed a pickup. We had a plumbing issue and the maintenance man was there within 30 minutes with the problem solved! There was always a follow up call to check if our need had been resolved! Thanks very much to the excellent staff. The cabin was beautifully decorated and our family enjoyed our visit!

House is lovely and very well appointed. Mattresses were wonderful! Location was fabulously convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The extra room next to the living room is the perfect escape for book reading and taking in a movie away from other house guests.

Cabin 258 was beautiful we loved it. There was only a few things we found wrong, the kitchen floor was very sticky , the door out to the hot tub was hard to close I'm sure it was from the humidity but other than that it was a very good time and stay thank you...

My family and I have been visiting Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg TN every year since 2007 and this year was by far the best experience as far as property management, cabin rental, and cleanliness. Check In and Check Out process was wonderful.

We loved the cabin. We rent annually and this is our first stay in this cabin. We think we will come back. There were a few details that needed addressing: downstairs window does not lock. Ceiling fan in main area needed cleaning, and we saw two huge roaches (one live and one dead).

Everything was wonderful... the only thing that needs to be improved on is the cleaning. The cobwebs / dust webs were to much, we can over look a few but not as many as this cabin had. And the dryer definitely needs to be replaced, it shouldn't take 2 or 3 hours to dry a load of wash. But over all we all enjoyed our family vacation.. thank you so much!!!

The reservation specialist was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was very easy and pleasant. The cabin was clean and has adorable interiors. I would suggest providing more soap for the dishwasher as well as trash bags. The dryer doesn't work well therefore it was difficult to wash our towels for everyone in the cabin.

Good stay. Would recommend adding working locks to the doors above stairs for safety of small children. The top floor/master bedroom lock did not work. The middle floor to basement door was not lockable. Top floor gets pretty warm in the heat. Would recommend single serve coffee maker vs. 2 regular coffee makers.

We did have to call to get trash picked up, and we also needed extra towels and wash cloths, so we had to pick those up. The inside of the cabin was nice and clean, but the outside needs some sprucing up. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
